Parking is rough lol, it's a small Venue so what can you do. I asked for medium rare and was given well done lol which is the cardinal sin of steak. I didn't send it back because I'd still eat it, my guest I went with also had the same issue, he sent his back and the 2nd steak was perfect. Service was great, but the venue looks horrible, the restrooms legit look like a jail bathroom lmao. Kinda wild for a steakhouse.

Amazing Steakhouse that we visit each year during the Equip Expo in Louisville, KY. Never eaten a single unenjoyable meal in the years we've been coming. Staff is always fun and polite as well.

We visited Cast Iron for the first time. We were greeted by our waitress, who we informed of this being our first time visiting. We ordered the New York Strip to split. We asked for it to be cooked medium. It was brought out and was a dark red in the middle; LESS than medium rare. After waiting more than 15 minutes to see our waitress, we asked a table busboy to find our waitress. When we politely told her about it, she questioned our dissatisfaction and knowing it was our first time visiting said, "this is how we cook our steaks. We cook them less than other places. I like it like that." She offered to recook the steak for us, but by the time we received our same steak back, we were ready to leave. The manager admitted that it was VERY undercooked. Most likely will not revisit. The rest of the food was pretty decent, but steak is the reason you visit a steakhouse.

I had a Delmonico steak. Seasoned well, was just expecting a thick steak for the $ and mine was pretty thin. Side dish portions tasted great, but portions were a bit smaller than expected. Service was good. I probably wouldn't go back. It was $160 for 2 people, appetizers and an inexpensive bottle of wine were ordered as well.
We just came for apps after having an early dinner elsewhere but the service and food we did get was awesome. We sat at the bar and had the nicest bartender get us what we needed. Even though it was later in the evening we felt welcomed and that was appreciated.

My wife has got the shrimp scampi for over ten years and loves it. Feb 18 she ordered it and it came out on macaroni, not a good pairing for shrimp. The waitress said the change was on the menu. We made a resevation for a booth for 5:00 and assumed we would set in the dinning room, but we were seated in the bar even though there was booth in the dinning room, the teenager seating us said it was not available. We have been customers for over ten years and we were very dissapointed in the service(our waitress in the bar was rude), menu change, and the lack of onion straws on the salad. We had also eaten at your restaurant in January 2024 and everything was fine. We will try again, but it will be awhile with all the new dining choices in the area.

Delmonico Steak was cooked perfect. Sirloin was ordered well done, served looking med rare, sent back and received burnt. We know it is hard to cook a well done steak, so still give a 4 star rating, because we love this restaurant. Server was excellent, and manager was very eager to please. We will be back.
