The location first messed my order up by putting to wrong cheese on my sandwich. Then when they replaced it they not only gave me a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe when it was supposed to be a regular with cheese. They put rotten lettuce on my sandwich. Since this location has been open they have messed my order up every time. The majority of the time I don't say anything but now I'm thinking this location is racist and doing this on purpose. And I'm sick of it.

Excellent customer service. Mobile orders work really well. Everything is always hot and is exactly what we ordered. I wish more establishments were like this. If you're traveling from out of town, this is the best Chick-fil-A in the area. The management has the staff well-trained and runs a tight ship.
