I ordered through the drive-thru and got a scoop of Dixie Chick I drove all the way back to my office in Jeffersonville and realized there was no crackers in my order I called the store and all the lady would say is oh honey there should have been crackers in there that was it she didn't care which was obvious I normally go two or three times a week but at this point if they don't want my business I will not return

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude and unprofessional workers at the front desk. When I walked in around 10:20am nobody greeted me.
I even had a lady tell me “I forgot she was even here“ when I was waiting for a DoorDash order and laugh. Teach your workers how to respect the people they service.

Don't order catering. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice... Never again. Went to pick up two trays of mini croissants and they weren't ready. I was even an hour late to pick them up. And this is the second time it's happened. Lesson learned. I will say they did end up making the sandwiches both times but they really need to get it together.

Loveeee this place!! The flavors are all so good and I’m obsessed with the crackers!! My kids love the mini sugar cookies. The best part is the staff is so friendly every time I come in. The rewards are awesome too! I got a free meal for my birthday this month🎉❤️

A nice warm welcoming 'CHRIST-Centered' Spiritual atmosphere. Clean environment [outside, inside, and bathroom]. Delicious food and affordable pricing with sufficient quantity for your order. Young, however, the most courteous, pleasant, and smiling staff. Customers are also courteous and friendly while waiting to be served. No long wait lines. Available seating. Great location!

Every time I visit this Chicken Salad Chick location, they’re always out of my favorite flavor, Lauren’s Lemon Basil, even when it’s still hours before closing. One employee even admitted, “yeah, we’re always out of it, people go crazy for that one.” It’s extremely frustrating, especially since the menu says it’s “freshly chopped,” yet the staff refuse to make it when I ask. They also never offer a solution, so I’m forced to pick another flavor after already paying. This has happened multiple times now, and it makes the whole experience very disappointing. Even the app showed it was available. Guess I’ll need to learn the recipe myself since apparently it doesn’t exist in Indiana.
