The inside is dirty, staff is always extremely rude & the last thing you ever want to do is order online from this location. You will receive 1/3 of the portion you are supposed to.

I’ve been here in store before too and it’s better but they still skimp on proportions. If you’re going to order from here, order in store though. They know you won’t notice if they skimp your takeout orders, and if they dont put all the toppings on it. All three of our takeout orders were missing at least two toppings each.

Inconsistent food portions and preparation. Sometimes workers completely fill bowls, sometimes they give skimpy portions. Sometimes the food is perfect, and sometimes the beans are under cooked and the meat too salty.

This location is a shame. I don't have crazy or unrealistic expectations, but I do expect common sense. Every single time I get a carry out order, my burrito is an absolute mess and almost impossible to eat. If I am paying close to $20 for a damn burrito, it should be a burrito, not a disaster wrapped in foil. I guess I haven't learned my lesson with carryout with this Chipotle. I really do love Chipotle and have had so many great experiences, but this one ain't it. Chips are 50% stale every single time as well. Staff is 50% great 50% shit, depends on the shift. There are many little things that are subpar, but i don't expect perfection, I will deal with those little things and still come back and enjoy the stuff that isn't bad. But cmon man... serve a burrito as it should be. Not a pile of slop for $20. My order is so simple, no excuse of why it should be a mess. Chicken, rice, queso, pico, hot salsa, and guac.. that's it. No double meat or extra rice or anything. Find some staff that gives a damn please. It will go a long way.

I work 2 minutes from this location and eat it often during the day shift. I rarely have any issues. It's always when I pick some up after the gym in the evening. Every. Single. Time.

I always order a Chicken Bowl with white rice, corn salsa, queso, shredded cheese, chicken. Pinto beans, salsa verde, small queso and sour cream on the side. And a bottle of mexixan Coca-Cola.

Had a very poor experience at the new chipotle in Jeffersonville. The chips were soft and chewy and the rice was so hard it was inedible. They put very little chicken in mine or my son's bowl. My daughter ordered a kid's cheese quesadilla and they made her and charged her for a regular which is double the price. They made no attempt to make it right. And when I said something about letting customers know when there are extra charges for things like guac and queso (esp $2-3+ dollars for one small spoonful), they should tell people before putting in on there, the manager said, "I know and I've been getting on them about that"... Which is literally blaming your poor employees instead of just taking responsibility - especially since he was right there and was who made the food and didn't tell us! $43 for poor service and inedible rice, don't waste your time or money here.

Overweight, middle aged, balding manager started screaming about my service dog. Was confused about paperwork/vest. I handed him an informational card, which he threw on the counter and ignored. I just left. No kindness. No understanding.
