I was in a group of 8. 4 adults 4 children. I had the 4 piece chicken strips w/ side salad. It was just under $12 but was up charged $5 to upgrade my side to the premium side of the side salad. My strips came out warm not hot. They were dry. I barely ate one an had to drown it in sauce. When my salad finally came about 5 minutes later it had a long hair weaved through it. So it must have gotten in the mix when they prepped salad for the shift. I returned it to my server whom seemed embarrassed an took it away. She then returned to just ask me if I would like another one free of charge. Management never came out. They didn’t bring the lettuce or tomato or for another person’s sliders an when asked to bring them they returned with diced salad tomatoes and chopped lettuce from the salad bin. The only thing that was good about this location was the sauces. Don’t waste your time going to this location. We won’t be back.

We found it on Google Maps and stopped there when on our vacation. It is a very nice location to have a meal by the river. We got ours to go and ate out at the picnic tables by the river. We split the four piece meal and the strips were big enough that we each only ate one. It was a very nice time. We'd stop again if we're passing through again.

When I walked by earlier in the day it smelled good when I came back for food that wasn't it. Had a chicken cheese, quesadilla and it tastes like something out of a freezer.The meat was dry chicken cheese was not melted with no flavor. The quesadilla was dry and hard.

I’m from Louisville, where roosters is our comparison. But just right across the river is Jeffersonville with Cluckers. Well after striking out for a day in Louisville searching for the best restaurant atmosphere with affordable pricing we ended up across the bridge in Jeff at cluckers. The service was great. Our server was so willing to accommodate us for anything we asked for. She brought us multiple samples of sauces and even offered to give us floaters for our margaritas if they weren’t strong enough. I think Cluckers is wonderful being right on the river you can eat outside with a view, not break the bank and fulfill your appetite. I’d go again and again.
Went to Cluckers for the first time Memorial Day and it was tasty. Had the nicest server ever named Maddison (Maddie). Hope that anyone that goes there gets to experience someone as nice and friendly as she is. The only thing I would change is the French's ketchup. Lol maybe I can bring my own next time.

Beautiful view of the river and Louisville first off. Great food and timely service. The place could use a facelift. The patio needs better sunshade but is a nice place to sit and eat. I love the wings and cheese sticks !
I love this place. Not too expensive but not a cheap place. Great for dates. By the river. Has a grown up party kinda feel sometimes. Great staff selection. So friendly and easy on the eyes 👌 Karly is fantastic. Cute as hell and has great conversations. Come see them
