Went there today for my first time very great atmosphere didn’t know what I was wanting to get or what I should get so I decide to ask an employee there what they think is a good recommendation. After a few recommendations I decided to go with something and when I did, I was not disappointed. I’m sure there is multiple other things there that are very good but all in all great experience very well ran and very respectful employees will definitely be going back and recommending it to others. They sure did brighten my evening!

I used to love this place. Right up until they started shoving the card reader in my face at the drive thru trying to make me guilt-tip them. I’ve got 3 screaming kids in the backseat and a newborn crying and I’m on the phone with the pediatrician. Can I just pay for my coffee and be on my way? I don’t always have the extra money available for a tip. I used to tip before, but now it’s just irritating. So here’s a tip: stop asking for tips. Coffee Crossing: pay your employees better. You can clearly afford to do so with all your new locations opening.

This is the ONLY coffee shop me and my husband will visit EVER.We travel sometimes for dog shows and Yugioh tournaments and will go out of our way to make sure we visit here for our morning coffee before we head out.The staff have become friends to us and our son and always feel welcomed there.We visit so much that as soon as I start our order through the drive threw intercom they ask "for Debbie and Sam right?" That is⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service in my eyes! We love you guys! A huge shout out to Sydney,Kaiden,Lauren,Alison, and those who knows us by name.There are a few others but I have forgotten names so please forgive me (I do suffer with memory issues) but know you are thought of and appreciated❤️
