Poorly managed, meaning there is never a manager there, just young girls who either have no training or will to satisfy customers by getting their orders correct. Really, don’t waste your time here unless you really love wasting money on bad ice cream. Just go to the new Culver’s and at least they will have more then one person working.

I like giving locally owned business's my money but I think you better have one of the owners in here working with your employees. You allow door dash, online orders to be made while 10 people are in line. 6 walked out! Way too busy for two girls running the place. Zestos it is!

Came here today for the first time and after waiting in line for 10 minutes and the girl saying twice she’ll be right with me she said “I’m sorry, we’re going to have to refuse your service because we are firing somebody. Come back in 30 minutes. Meanwhile my kids are crying. So unprofessional.

I've been sick and wanted a butter pecan ice cream. Call cold stone and talk to Andre. He told me they didn't have Ice cream that flavor but he could mixed one up for me. my husband went and picked up and I have to say it was the best butter pecan ice cream I've had. So thank you Andre for your help and the added pecans. You made my day. So if you want something they don't usually have ask Andre and he might just be able to help you

i had an immaculate experience at cold stone this evening. andre was so helpful and lovely! amazing choice for our dessert tonight for girls night! thank you guys for a positive experience 🫶🏼

Wow I'm standing here after preordering a cake on March 13 and they have no cake March.17 and don't have a clue where my cake is. I filled out paperwork and gave them my address phone number and everything. I showed up on time and waited in line while the one and only employee waited on other customers. After waiting 10 minutes I'm now walking away empty handed. So glad I kept my receipt because they just refunded me all my money. Thanks for ruining my husband birthday. I'm angry for wasting my money and time.

Slowest one I've been to. Also got my order wrong, even though they repeated it back to me.

Just got the new lucky charms milkshake and Ava was the absolute best and sweetest!! it was my first time at this location and she was able to help me out and was super nice 🩷

The ice cream is exquisite, the service is excellent, the place is very comfortable, but the windows, floor, tables, chairs need cleaning...

If you’re having a bad day and don’t think anything else can get worse, drop into this place in us for some ice cream. It will continue to add to your list of disappointments. I am not sure if more than one person even works here, and to be honest with you, I can’t blame that one person for hating their life. Everything was super sticky, the worker looked like he was one scoop of ice cream away from ending it all. To add to this awesomeness, you still pay $1000 for ice cream that is crap. However, given that the midwest mentality is bare minimum and not to do anything outside of what is required of them , I can’t say I’m at all surprised. Shut this place down.

I got the cookie dough ice cream and it was very doughy and I swear it tasted like there was protein powder in it. I didn’t like the taste or the consistency. Also the lock on the women’s bathroom still doesn’t work. The price wasn’t bad but I know a lot of other places are cheaper.

The hours need to be changed on Google AND the Cold Stone website. Both say this location closes at 10pm, my mom and I went at 9:30pm and they said they closed at 9pm.

My husband and I came on a weekend as we were passing through. I went in to use the bathroom and bathroom door wouldn't lock, so had to ask my husband to make sure nobody would come in. Then, they didn't have any hand soap in either bathroom and no hand sanitizer available. Thankfully, I found a wetwipe in my car as I was not about to consume food without being able to wash my hands. I went to look at the selection for ice cream and such. To my disappointment, there were barely any waffle cones available. I was really looking forward to a dipped waffle cone, such a bummer.

I'm very disappointed in this place for a treat. Went for my 1st visit this wk & the employee acted like he couldn't understand my English plus acted like he seriously hates his job. The place was very nasty needs a good cleaning. The worst part is the small cup of ice cream was as high as the price for a full meal at a burger ir chicken place but only getting like 5 bites for $7. Ridiculous. I was polite regardless cuz a dad was sitting with his little boy. I won't be back. Instead am sticking with the best at Craeters ice cream
