Pretty disappointed. On this visit my ice cream was basically soup (cookie dough ice cream base). I’ve noticed this the past couple visits I’ve been here. Haven’t had this issue at other locations, and they’re better staffed. Honestly felt bad for the guy working the counter too. He was running the place by himself and it was BUSY.Not sure if I’ll return to this location. For the price and quality, I would’ve prefer a pint of Ben and Jerry’s…
I purchased an ice cream cake for my son's birthday and it tasted great; however, $40 for a less than 6" round cake is hard to swallow. Especially when I asked to have "Happy Birthday" written on it and the best the associate would agree to do was write my son's name (4 letters) in icing. The ice cream and atmosphere are good just bring your wallet prepared to drop a lot of $$$$
Came in Saturday, 9/24 right after they opened. Ordered an everybody's ice cream container. The gentleman who made it did a great job! Just want to let the store know the kit Kats that were put in are stale.
