Love love this place! I love their beers and foods. I understand that some dishes are flavorless but you have to understand the true authentic of German dishes. They are not well known for more flavor dishes. They are well known for good meat, cheese, and potato. I always love them because it runs in my family. I will come back for more.
I would rate this a 4.5 if I could. Several German restaurants in the area have closed recently so I found this place in the Leo so wanted to try it. Good choice of food items and an excellent selection of German beers. The fish sandwich was really delicious and the pork schnitzel sandwich was solid too. Reserved tables and dedicated servers downstairs with a beer hall and order at the the counter upstairs. Worth a try.
Very good food but was too big of servings. The Snitzel platter was enough for 3 or 4 people. Huge amount of food. I'd rather have just one tenderloin with sides and pay less. Still could get 2 meals from that.
