All of there cookies are really Good, but that pick cookie has got to go they need a new cookie in place of that pink cookie it's Nasty ? but all the rest omg

Cookies looked good when I got them in the store. Staff was super nice. However, I got home and had to put 2 out of the 4 cookies in my 4 pack in the oven because they were not done. Gross! I am not going to blame this location, I believe the quality of Crumbl in general has gone down and honestly is awful now. About 2 years ago I was OBSESSED with Crumbl cookies. I would wait at 8p every Sunday to see the new menu lineup and visit weekly. I’m not sure what changed and why, but I have had crumbl twice in the past month and it was not good either time. Whatever they’ve done they need to stop and go back to how they used to be!
