I’ve always had a good experience with DQ locations for breakfast so I stopped in this morning. Biscuits were cold and hard. The breakfast just seemed stale. Service was fine but they were out of orange juice. The employee almost seemed bothered that they had a customer. I drive past this location frequently and almost never see anyone there.

Girl at speaking was extremely rude and would not make my mobile order “until her screens were clear” despite me being one of only four cars in the entire parking lot and when asked how long the wait would be, she just said it was going to be a wait WAIT and she had no idea how long it would be.

7 people in line, the cook told us to wait or go down the street. 5 of us went down street to Mc Donalds. Terrible...... Do better DQ.

Me and my fiance came late after driving around for a while, and as we ordered we noticed i forgot my wallet. “No worries, i can cashapp her” i thought, but it never went through.

Just as we were about to leave, a nice lady ran out and said that they already cooked it and gave it to us for free. I will be back, and next time she is there. I will be tipping or sending her money for her hospitality. Best customer service I have experienced.

She was never rude or distasted that we were being complicated. She needs a raise or promotion.

Corporate needs to go in. The workers r clearly not happy. I work in customer service n I have bad days too but when I'm at work smile is on and I am polite! Food was very disappointing we ordered our breakfast 2 burritos which were cold not even warm at all got biscuits n gravy which I thought I got the 4 dollar meal but nope 6 bucks and it was just biscuits and gravy which was cold plus they have old signs still up for their french toast bowls n they nolonger sell. Will definitely not b back almost 16 bucks for nothing but cold breakfast n unhappy worker who act like they r bothered.

This place should be shut down. They act angry when you order. And, always expect a 20 minute wait. This place is a joke!

Terrible service. The microphone for the drive thru is broken and despite the note on it saying to pull up to the window and order, they sometimes refuse to take orders and make you go inside.

I always get the order with something missing. I understand a shortage of workers but some attention to detail would make it easier on your customers. Perhaps if the order was correct the first time too.
