Is rather surprising to sit at a drive-thru for somewhere between 2 and 3 minutes before someone says anything at all. I thought maybe the system was down and went to pull up but there was somebody ahead of me in the Drive-Thru that I couldn't see from the speaker so I backed up and just waited.
