delivered the wrong persons food to us instead of ours. I was very understanding until our food was brought to us by hand without a heat bag. was told that the original delivery driver broke down. understandable. then the driver proceeded to explain how other deliveries were made before ours was delivered.

This location has slowly been declining over the past few months with delivery time’s getting longer and longer. Last time I ordered it took 2 hours to get ahold of them AFTER* I placed my order, only to be informed my pizza was done but still not out for delivery. eventually I went and picked it up and was still charged a delivery fee that has yet to be refunded.
