I love Domino's! The prices, the selection, order accuracy and speed of service is top notch for a chain pizza place. This location is the best I've been to as well!

Girlfriend and sister both hired on at 13$ an an hour, made their first check with that wage but once the GM left their pays were dropped without their knowledge. Paystub proof has been helpful. DONT WORK HERE ITS NOT WORTH

Needed something for dinner after work so I thought I’d get a pizza after a long week. Unfortunately even though I ordered three toppings I only received one of them on half the pizza. I regret the extra tip I left because it was late and I thought I’d be nice. I will not be ordering from the location again.
I was walking across Court Ave this afternoon, walking with a limp from a bad hip(about 1:45 right in front of the court house) .As I got to the middle of the street this girl flies out of a side street, yells for me to hurry up and got so close to me she almost hit me. I mean close, if she had been ANY closer she would have hit me. You're about to have a law suit over herThis doesn't show an email, unless I'm overlooking it. Just a phone number

I try to be very understanding of understaffing and take into consideration that this is a busy store. However, I am incredibly disappointed in how long my order has currently taken. I ordered at 8:27p. It is now 10:40p and my food is still sitting in quality check. When I call the store to cancel the order, there is no answer, just the automated system. I don't want to wait for this food anymore, but I am pretty much being forced to leave the order in place and wait for it since the store will not answer the phone so that I cancel the order. This store was not like this just a few months ago. My bf and I used to order all the time and thought that this time would be no different. This store used to be so, so quick! And even when they weren't quick, it never took 2 hours... Please do better in staffing this store! The existing employees should have help and support. I have added photos to show proof of the timing.

A Mr. Matthew Brown turned an almost disasterous night for myself and I'm sure others,, but what was almost the loss of a loyal customer for the business on 4-18-24 into a teaching and learning experience,, I feel every employee and manager should have his compassion but even if not his training, his customer service was absolutely superb,, the world needs more people like him but the person he is,, will without a doubt be a huge improvement to this location and the people of Jeffersonville

will never order from here again. I work 12 hr shifts, my kids have after school activities. And today I decided to order pizza in my way home from work at 8:49! My kids had showers and were waiting for pizza for them to fall asleep and it got here TWO hours later! Had I fallen asleep the pizza would have been left outside overnight! When I called to complain she claimed to be the manager and tried to offer me 25%off. I asked for corporates number and she said she didn’t know it or have it…highly upset! And will be calling corporate and will NEVER order from here ever again!
