I just received the wrong order. It was all screwed up. Nothing was correct. Paid $30. So dissatisfied and disappointed. Phone number listed they never even pick up. Anyone else get service like this.
We will never order from Domino’s again. Placed a simple order tonight. It said it would be delivered in 40-55 minutes. 2 hours and 20 minutes later the driver pulls up, we had already found something else to eat. The driver said the only way to get a refund is if she takes the food back. She left with the food! You can’t call the store because no one answers.
First time ordering. Placed order at 5:10pm. My pizza came out of the oven at 5:33. I called at 6:15 since delivery was going to be late and was on hold 15 minutes before hanging up because no one answered. They called me about delivery at 7:40pm. I told them no way I am waiting over 2 hours for a pizza to refund my money. They cancelled the order and didn't even apologize. Ruined my family's dinner tonight. Never again!
