El Nopal Mexican Cuisine

The food was VERY good. But the service was absolutely terrible. It was the worst service that I have ever had at a restaurant. We already knew what we wanted and it took 20 minutes for the waiter just to come back and take our order. The food was quick and good. We NEVER asked how our food was, if we needed anything, NO refills for our drinks, and NO refills on chips and salsa. We even had our drinks at the end of the table for refills and NOTHING! We finally got fed up and about 25 minutes after finishing our dinner WITHOUT drinks we received our ticket without a single word from the waiter. We spent about $40. This place will NEVER see any of my money AGAIN!

Best ElNopal out there the staff here are top notch food salsa drinks are always on point.

I ordered a shrimp tostada, once my entree came out the shrimp was refrigerator cold. I told my waiter, and was told that’s the way it served. I didn’t expect lime cold cocktail shrimp, delivered on a warm plate. The manager was aware, but he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. We have eaten their many times without any problems but sadly we won’t be back .

The worst. The menus smelled sour, bacteria. They need to be cleaned with disinfectant. Ordered the lunch fajita steak... you get a quarter cup of little pieces a meat. It was dominated by the amount of onions, way too much but it hides how little they give you. Guacamole tasted ok, beans had no taste and the tortillas tasted store bought. Servers were not pleasant, almost annoyed we were there.

I have sentimental reasons for really liking this location but I won’t disclose the reasons. Aside from that, the food was delicious as always. The waiters were jovial and cordial as expected and were very prompt with their service. The atmosphere regarding the decor was very good and the people dining here always seem happy.

I love the music at the place, so if it’s within the financial goals of the restaurant, I think that more speakers should be installed to both avoid sound interference/overlap and allow for everyone to hear the music clearly.

I've been going there ever since they opened this location abt every week. I've only had 2 things I didn't like, my fault tried something new. I love these people, we are treated like family. Just returned from there. I have never had bad food, always fast and warm. The margaritas are the best I've had locally. Service is top notch. If you haven't been, try them out. Even had family birthdays party's there. Great job people.

Kid-friendliness: Have taken great grandchildren there and they had a great time, menu selection for them is good.

We asked for a fresh basket of chips because the ones we got were hard as a rock. The waiter got very offended and said they were fresh. He did not bring any more chips. The steak fajita was ok. We'll go to the Clarksville location if we eat at El Nopal again.
