Please tell me why it took 15 minutes for them to get me 1 burger and an order of fries. There were no other customers and the employees were NOT working on pickup orders.
How do I know? I watched them all stand behind the line looking at their phones and not washing their hands afterward. Gross.
Likely the same group of kids who petition for higher wages in their line of work. Pathetic. I should’ve just gone behind the line and made the food myself.

Good food but pricey, 40ish dollar's for 2 burgers and 2 fries. Would have been 5 stars but the staff was uninviting and stale. A smile goes a long way.
Second pickup order in a row where bacon cheeseburgers had no bacon. Not sure why this is a repeat issue. Not driving back across town plus waiting, and maybe that’s making this a ‘bonus profit’ technique? They know no one is going to come back after they get home?

1 burger, 1 tiny fry, 1 small soda. $20! Fries weren't seasoned, burger wasn't seasoned, and the soda was all carbonation. (Tried multiple) Save yourself money and have a much better experience across the street at Culver's!
French fries were great and plentiful, burger was very good and the service was fast and staff nice.
Parking: Three restaurants in the same building but parking was not an issue.

Food is always great and professional! Delicious comfort food! At a decent but not great price! I stop by there 10-30 times a year. And if there is no peanut allergy, then yummy fries! And the Cajun seasoned fries are fire!
(Atmosphere note from one with service industry experience... when there are 3-4 ppl waiting on orders and 3-5 ppl in line and another few trying to tell you they have online pickups... that's how the place looked when I got to the clarksville indiana location to let them know i was picking up my online order... maybe don't have a couple of employees, both male, walk out from the back of the kitchen areas or prep areas with a scowl on both their faces! [There were only like 2-3 employees working on the floor when I got there and for about 5-7 min after before the other two came from the back with attitudes and potentially dirty hands?] And they were the wrong side of terse when I asked one of them to wash their hands before they started bagging up food after coming from the back???)
I don't want to be fussy and Karen like and get annoying government involved over people's attitudes and behaviors. I just want you to coach your ppl to better and more quality service when necessary! Foods always great! This is the first not near perfect review I've given you guys... all 5 of ya!
Might be a sign of the times and the world and how little ppl care about being better than we were the day before and American excellence? Dunno. But I just like to help where I can and "leave things better than I found them!"

Delicious food and the crew are fantastic! Cleanest place in town to eat at! All of the FiveGuys have top tier cleaning requirements, could eat off the stainless steel walls! They wait until you show up to drop your fries when not busy, just an fyi if you’re running behind.
