Went in yesterday around 1 or 2pm. Visibly upset employee unenthusiastic took my order. I paid 20 bucks for a burger and fries. The fries were soggy and the burger was ok.

I wouldn't 2 star them if it were a fast food spot. But, when I wait a couple extra minutes and pay $20 you're held to a higher standard. Especially when I'm the only customer in the store and there's nothing distracting you from doing your job well.

My first time eating here with my fiancé
The fries was just thrown in the bag with to much salt
The burger was good but I would have rather went to chilis for there
The place was clean until you get to the soda machine and there was stuff over the machine
But over all the people was nice

Five Guys has always been one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a really good, no-nonsense burger. The quality of the food is top-notch — the beef tastes fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked to order every single time. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, from the soft, buttery buns to the crisp lettuce and fresh-cut tomatoes. The customization is a big plus too; being able to load up your burger with as many toppings as you want makes every visit a little different and always satisfying.

The fries are another highlight. They’re hand-cut, served piping hot, and come in huge portions. I love that they give you that extra scoop in the bag — it feels like a fun little bonus. And if you’re a fan of milkshakes, theirs are rich, creamy, and worth the indulgence, especially when you mix in toppings like bacon or peanut butter.

The only real downside for me is the price. While the food quality is excellent, it can feel a bit expensive for what’s essentially a burger and fries meal. A combo for one person can easily run over $25, which makes it more of an occasional treat than an everyday option. Still, the flavor and freshness keep me coming back. Five Guys delivers consistently great food — just be prepared to pay a bit extra for it.

Best fries in town! Very expensive, portion size on fries is great but expect to spend over $30 for two people to eat.

I was greeted by Sam as soon as I got to the register. I appreciated his energy & friendliness. He even impressed me with some clever banter during the short transaction. I received my food faster than ever- the crew was functioning like a well-oiled machine. Glad I stopped by!

Food was delicious. We had to eat in our car because it was freezing inside. The A/C had to be on 60⁰!

Five guys has my favorite fast food burger (well, 'fast casual' I suppose), taste-wise they're the best in my opinion. I also really like their fries. However, they're also the most expensive. When I think about going out to eat I tend to think about 'taste to cost ratio', how good the food is relative to the cost and well....

Culver's is right across the street. If Five Guys is a 10/10 in taste, Culver's is like a 9.5, it's also a fair bit cheaper, has wider menu variety, and better milkshakes.

I have gone to this location once to check it out, it was what I expected from a five guys, but I have no reason to come back when there's Culver's right there.
