It says open until 12 A.M. it’s 11:10 and they are closed. Asked the hotel lobby if they were closed and they said yes. I mentioned that online said they closed at 12. The lady just kept looking at her computer and didn’t say anything.

Breakfast was terrible. The cook overcooked all our food. Needs help!!! Don't waist your time on this place.

Wow.

Went on New Year's Eve with the wife and son. With the holiday, we weren't expecting much. We were told there was a limited menu, pretty much burgers and appetizers, no problem. Pretty much sounded like there was just the cook.

The place was deserted. When we came in there were 2 other tables, one of which had their food already. We ordered our drinks and some mozzarella sticks in between 10-15 minute bouts of waiting.

Finally had to flag down the waiter to order. He had been pleasant to begin with, but got progressively more pretentious as time went on. Got our orders in for two burgers and fries and chicken fingers.

When we finally got the mozzarella sticks, they were overcooked and probably microwaved, which is amazing considering how long it took.

We were there for 45 minutes when we finally heard what sounded like the sizzling of burgers. We dropped $25 on the table and left.

I completely understand having limits on orders during New Year's Eve, but when we left, there was one other table of two and two people at the bar, and the waiter had vanished and been gone for like 10 minutes. Completely absurd.

Thank God Harbor & Hops was right across the road. We had drinks, refills and appetizers in front of us in less than 10 minutes.

Very out of the way. Not many people in there. Service was slow for as empty as the place was. Food was pretty good.

The food here sucks. Chicken and waffles. Chicken was cold waffle was cold. Scramble eggs. Come you need more portions. The price was ridiculous. I could've went to waffle house 3rd of the price and more on portions. Won't be back

Server was fantastic. The steak quality was horrible. The cook did the best he/she could with the cheapest cut of beef I have ever had.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Seriously save your time & your money. Just walk to your freezer & pop that frozen meal in your microwave! We came here tonight for our 3 year wedding anniversary sadly & left super disappointed. The atmosphere was hospital cafeteria meets nursing home with a Jeff Ruby’s price tag…. Smh! My husband ordered a Philly sandwich with wedges… the sandwich came out with no cheese & cold crinkle cut fries from ore-ida. I requested the brisket with mashed potatoes, my meat was half fat & the potatoes were instant from a box. $60 wasted. Highlight of our night was stopping our local ice cream shoppe & that has nothing to do with dinner. Just don’t do it my friends.

Got a to go order while staying at the Hilton. Quite possible the worst chili I've ever had, it was a solid block of....something I wouldn't call chili. Last I checked when you turn chili upside down it shouldn't stay in the container like I ordered a Wendy's Frosty. Pretzel bites weren't bad.

I was an employee here, they are constantly understaffed and do not treat employees good. They are always out of items that are on the menu which results in the servers having to explain this to customers and low tips. They expect 1 person to be able to run the entire restaurant no matter how busy it gets. The cooks are not trained properly or at all for a matter of fact. The food is unsatisfactory and food safety procedures aren’t followed. Do not waste your time or money here. There are so many better options in Jeffersonville.
