One of the slowest and least friendly day food restaurants I've been to. There were a total of 3 workers on Saturday rush. The front counter/ drive thru employee walked at a snail's pace, was wearing sweat pants and plastic clogs and NEVER smiled... not once! The floors were filthy dirty. Employees occasionally had on gloves but didn't care what they touched after putting them on. It literally took 30 minutes to get one order of biscuits and gravy. Do NOT recommend!

I ordered an original meal to go. The fries were old tasted nasty. The chicken wrap was also old the tortilla bread was hard I didn’t eat it. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food restaurants! If you can’t do better than that close the doors!

Burger was like chewing on playdough and the buns were doughy. I love Hardee's but this location needs help. I hate that they shut down for a while but if you're gonna make a come back at least cook the food. Keep it fresh. I'd rather wait as long as I did for crap food for fresh food.

I ordered two large Value Meals at $12.00 a piece. Way overpriced. Fries were old tasting and looking. I ordered a large handcrafted lemonade with one of the meals. They handed me a small and said they only come in small. I ordered another small at a charge of $2.34. Then it was 15 Minutes to get our food. I will not be back. I will stick with McDonald’s in the future.

The only place you can get a country ham biscuit at the drive-thru. From the olden days of a hot ham and cheese till the modern era Hardee's has always been there for me.
If you don't like your job find a new one The black manager is the rudest. The only nice person there is the man claiming the lobby. .

I drove from New Albany to Jeff to try Hardee's and I totally regret it. No other customers there at 8 am while McD's and others had long lines should've been my clue to drive past it. I got the SEB breakfast meal. Biscuit was BRICK HARD and unedible. The hash rounds tasted awful, like they're cooked in dirty grease that's been used for other food with spices. The coke was flat, watered down and tasted slightly like diet coke. I also tried to blueberry biscuits and was very disappointed. I threw 90% of my order in the garbage. $13+ WASTED !! I'll NEVER go back.
