Heine Brothers Coffee - Veterans Parkway

Had to update my previous review to my experience today! The employee drink specials are always fun. The Jack O Lantern is particularly delicious! The egg bites with potato and Gouda along with the biscuit with egg and bacon were particularly yummy. Staff at this location are always friendly and hard working! Worth a visit or several!

Why do you have a rewards program if you can’t even honor it. On top of having employees who can’t even navigate to help you. Thank you for wasting 2000 points! I will go back starlight!

I come here often for the atmosphere and use it as a place to unwind or work on my personal projects. I'm putting a review out because I've noticed recently that management for whatever reason doesn't pay for a Spotify subscription which means we get the ad breaks right over the speakers every 2-3 minutes which is ... annoying, atmosphere-breaking, and doesn't look good on the part of the business. The place feels cheaper now. Pay the Spotify fee or have your employees put on their own playlists!

Excellent coffee! Staff is knowledgeable, but not always the fastest... then again, that could be because they're adding that special Heine Bros. touch to your morning pick-me-up.

Great local coffee shop. Priced better than that other place, you know the one. Friendly staff, not pushy. I was early for an appointment there and had no issues from staff about waiting. 4 fresh brewed ⭐'s.

well i waited 20-25 minutes for an iced drink. Girl at checkout was great and helpful and i asked several times about my order and apparently the process is by time, however, i do not think they have a good process. first experience very poor! coffee not very good and paid $8 for it! won't be back!!

Good coffee and an even better atmosphere. My boyfriend and I each got one of the tumbled espresso drinks and enjoyed them a lot! This shop is very well-decorated, and I enjoyed the visit a lot :)
