I got there, had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge my existence which is pretty bad but they were super busy and only had 5 people running it, but the guy bagging didn't know that the food was up so it had been sitting there for who knows how long, the lady making the food said that she was like 8 orders past ours, but they finally gave me the food and it was cold, the drinks are always so watered down, more than any other place I've been to I called them and they said that they're sorry but that they are super busy and said that they would get the gm on the phone to talk to me, I then waited 20 minutes and nothing, that's just sad.

Ordered a Bacon Double Smashed Jack & They just gave me A Double Smash Jack , they DON'T have a Phone you can call it says it's out of Order , so I go Back they ask would you just Like a side of Bacon , I'm like No I want it remade please , this is the 3rd time Something has been Wrong with our Order! You Think I'd Learn NOT to go back! Well this is the Straw that broke the Camels back! No more Jack in the Box , Dairy Queen just opened across the Street!

Food was very good. However, we ordered online so we could pick up and go and instead they made us wait 40 minutes to get it. They’re way understaffed and service is not very friendly.

I should have known better when the smell of grease hit me as soon as we opened the door. The whole experience was very underwhelming. I had heard all the hype about Jack in the Box and wanted to try it. It's a one and done for me. The burger was greasy and sloppy looking. The fries would have been ok if they were at least lukewarm. The only decent thing about the meal was the Chicken wrap. The restaurant was dirty and the place was dead. There were only two other tables filled the whole time I was there. The person that took our order was friendly, but other than that, 👎

SAD. Burger doesnt taste like beef. Doesn’t look like beef. Fries were cold. Asked for new hot fries. Cordial staff brought me more cold fries. This isnt the Jack in the Box I enjoyed in Texaa a few years agp.

Ice cold curly fries with some regular ones dumped in for good measure. Ordered three tenders. Got two and three nuggets in the box. The burger seemed right, but now I'm suspicious. Who manages this place and how high are the workers? I get that those complaints arent big, but the aame person that sent out cold fries just handled my food. Those stinks of people being pro-active about how little they care. If they're so lazy they can't warm up fries, what happens when a burger hits the floor or it's time to wash their hands after dropping a twosy? If you can't count three tenders out or send out warm food, I ain't trusting you.

Yea, the night crew is not taking orders. They won't even acknowledge you on the drive thru intercom. They just sigh real hard so you can hear them and then not take your order ??????

First time I went overnight and both drive through lanes were blocked and so I went inside but was told by the woman claiming to be the manager they were not taking orders at this time because of staffing, but yet I counted 3 other employees goofing around in the back. Said her name was Tara

The second time was during lunch and I at least got food, but the person taking my order smelled like straight alcohol. And he was rudely barking out orders like he owns the place. I don't know of any job that allows drinking at work. The food was decent, but the 30 minute wait ruined the already poor experience. I didn't get a name but he had on a zip up jacket with a beard and a tattoo on his arm.

I don't know who hires these clowns, but whoever they are needs to be replaced with someone more competent. It's a shame.

This was my first time ever trying Jack. They were nice and fast and the food was good except the burger. It looked great. But as soon as I took a bite I was brought back to 8th grade school lunch. The sysco patties that I call soy burgers. Other then that, it was pretty decent. We ordered the lunch meal and a 3 piece chicken strip.

this place is a joke. they literally JUST opened and i don’t see them making it two more years. they are CONSTANTLY out of stuff!! i tried placing an order and everything i asked for they were out of, i could only order a milkshake. I went again today, DURING breakfast hours and they are out of french toast sticks… it seems that stuff that should be in stock is out and the stuff that doesn’t matter is in surplus. Their wait times are BAD! on an entirely different occasion then the previous two mentioned, i waited in line for AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES! for a munchie meal!!!! they had a previous general manager but replaced him with Mike Jones, WORST DECISION. The store has been down hill ever since, a place opened for convenience is posing to be VERY inconvenient and the employees do not add to that fact. They need to completely rehire, especially the ones in charge of inventory, or their business isn’t making it.
