All but one employee knew what he was doing. The other three looked lost and it was really chaotic in there and the line was backed up because of it and they made my sandwich really sloppy. I love Jersey Mike's, but don't go to the one in Jeff.

Today was just a nasty visit because I got hair in my food. I got home opened up my sandwich didn't even take a bit and hair sticking out the back of my sandwich. I brought it straight back and got my money back and staying away from location.

Giving this store 5 stars because I had such a professional interaction with the employee I spoke to on the phone. I placed a delivery order and after it arrived, I noticed what looked like an insect leg in the bread of my sandwich 🤢 The employee I spoke to assured me it was not from an insect and was instead a piece of material from the bread forms they use. I won't be ordering from this store again, but kudos to the professional employee you have there!!

I just want to give a special shout out to Justin. Not only does he work very hard. Keep everything organized and controlled, but he makes great sandwiches. My son and I always request a special sandwich and he always knocks it out of the park. In fact, if he’s not there, A lot of times we just leave.
The food was pretty typical Jersey's food, but one of the staff members was incredibly rude. He kept interrupting me trying to place my order and argued with me about what I ordered. If this had been my first Jersey Mike's experience, I'd never be back. Thankfully I know they're not all like that.

Ordered the chipotle Philly steak 🔥In my opinion, this was the best Philly steak ever. The chipotle sauce set it off. When I go to Jersey Mike's, I usually get cold subs, but this was definitely a good choice👍🏽👍🏽

The people working today (02-17) were the sweetest! My daughter was dancing to music playing and they laughed and danced with her (all three of them!) They played along when she told them how many shakes of salt while they put together a larger order for me. So refreshing to see happy people who don't rage when kids are being kids. Thanks guys!
