Giving this store 5 stars because I had such a professional interaction with the employee I spoke to on the phone. I placed a delivery order and after it arrived, I noticed what looked like an insect leg in the bread of my sandwich š¤¢ The employee I spoke to assured me it was not from an insect and was instead a piece of material from the bread forms they use. I won't be ordering from this store again, but kudos to the professional employee you have there!!

I just want to give a special shout out to Justin. Not only does he work very hard. Keep everything organized and controlled, but he makes great sandwiches. My son and I always request a special sandwich and he always knocks it out of the park. In fact, if heās not there, A lot of times we just leave.

The food was pretty typical Jersey's food, but one of the staff members was incredibly rude. He kept interrupting me trying to place my order and argued with me about what I ordered. If this had been my first Jersey Mike's experience, I'd never be back. Thankfully I know they're not all like that.

Ordered the chipotle Philly steak š„In my opinion, this was the best Philly steak ever. The chipotle sauce set it off. When I go to Jersey Mike's, I usually get cold subs, but this was definitely a good choicešš½šš½

The people working today (02-17) were the sweetest! My daughter was dancing to music playing and they laughed and danced with her (all three of them!) They played along when she told them how many shakes of salt while they put together a larger order for me. So refreshing to see happy people who don't rage when kids are being kids. Thanks guys!
JM's makes my favorite sub: #13 made Mike's way adding bacon, mayo, and jalapenos!!

Once again disappointed by Jersey Mikeās. What was once a great location with quality control is now the sewer of sandwich location around here. If itās not them flip flopping ingredients around in an order of 2 sandwiches(god forbid we stimulate their minds with more than 1 task) itās burnt bacon or old dried chicken that they over cooked or heated. Iāll admit Iām no professional sandwich maker like the āstudsā here at jersey mikes but Hellen Keller could a better job than these people.

I stopped by this Jersey Mike's, and everything was absolutely perfect! The staff was friendly and efficient, the food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. It was one of the best sub sandwiches Iāve had in a long time.
The only minor drawback was the single-person restroom, which could be inconvenient during busy times. That said, it was clean and well-maintained, so not a huge issue.
Overall, a fantastic experienceāgreat food, great service, and a place Iād definitely return to!
