This Jimmy John’s was an amazing place one of my go to spots. Now I feel like this Jimmy John’s is even slower and unmanaged. I walk into the Jimmy John’s dirt all over the floor counter is not cleaned and nobody running the cash register. It’s crazy. When I used to get off of work Brendan with his lit up face and bright smile just made my day better. Never have seen a kid care so much about his job amazing worker!
I went in there today at 2:30 and the first thing I noticed was the terrible service the person at the register didn’t acknowledge me for a solid 2 minutes then looked up annoyed. I noticed they did not follow corporate standards while making my sandwhich they used the spatula to glob on the mayo which ruins the sand which completely. So the end result was a dripping soggy sandwich and rock hard bread. I can honestly say my food was not freaky fresh and if corporate saw that I’d say they’d agree.

People making sandwiches are taking orders on headsets and cashing people out in the window and front register without washing hands or changing gloves. Absolutely disgusting. I canceled my order and won't be back to this location again. 🤢

I purchased a sandwich from this location this evening and watched an employee sneeze multiple times near my food. I’m concerned about food contamination, so I had to throw the sandwich in the trash. A complete waste of money! You should teach your employees about proper hygiene, and avoiding customer food contamination.

On several occasions my order has been marked delivered and it was still in route to me. Sometimes taking up to 20 minutes to receive. My job is 5 minutes away. Today I placed my order at 1:12 checked at 1:40 my order was delivered. Went to check and it wasn’t delivered. Called and like always “oh we are backed up but the driver should be on his way”. I wait until 1:55 and still no sandwich. It doesn’t matter if you tip or you don’t. You still get the same sucky service.

Preston at the Jeffersonville location provided the best customer service I’ve had from a fast food chain ever. There was an issue with the delivery and he was on top of it. I’m very impressed and will order from this location more often

It’s five star fast food price with a four star fast food experience. Not bad- but it’s just chips, sodas, and lunch meat sandwiches. A combo with a med drink, a bag of chips, and a sandwich was $13 something before tax.

Went to get a gargantuan with extra peppers. The man made my sandwich, called out gargantuan with extra peppers, and when I get home there's no peppers on my sandwich. They weren't busy, so this is either a complete lack of awareness and caring, or complete lack of professionalism. Thanks for nothing Jimmy John's.
