On several occasions my order has been marked delivered and it was still in route to me. Sometimes taking up to 20 minutes to receive. My job is 5 minutes away. Today I placed my order at 1:12 checked at 1:40 my order was delivered. Went to check and it wasn’t delivered. Called and like always “oh we are backed up but the driver should be on his way”. I wait until 1:55 and still no sandwich. It doesn’t matter if you tip or you don’t. You still get the same sucky service.

Preston at the Jeffersonville location provided the best customer service I’ve had from a fast food chain ever. There was an issue with the delivery and he was on top of it. I’m very impressed and will order from this location more often

It’s five star fast food price with a four star fast food experience. Not bad- but it’s just chips, sodas, and lunch meat sandwiches. A combo with a med drink, a bag of chips, and a sandwich was $13 something before tax.

Went to get a gargantuan with extra peppers. The man made my sandwich, called out gargantuan with extra peppers, and when I get home there's no peppers on my sandwich. They weren't busy, so this is either a complete lack of awareness and caring, or complete lack of professionalism. Thanks for nothing Jimmy John's.

Hands down best JJ in southern Indiana /Louisville. They work tirelessly to have food done in under 5 minutes and delivery is always spot on. Been getting food here for a long time and they’ve only ever messed it up once. When they did they owned it and gave me a free credit to use in store. Always friendly and store is immaculately clean. You can really tell that everyone here loves their job and takes it seriously.

Out of regular french bread so we changed our order to little john’s so we can adjust to the unfortunate events and when we received our sandwich’s they were made correctly, but extremely tough bread.
Staff is great! Brendon was very Nice and Professional! I recommend giving that young man a raise. It’s hard to find good workers that do a great job and have a smile on their face. I highly recommend this JJ. This is my go to location!!! Thanks Brendon ??

I got a ranch wrap unwich. I get this all the time at the Gateway location and it's phenomenal. This one was horrible. I paid $11 and got about $2 worth of ingredients. Won't skip out on Gateway any longer.
