Waited 30 mins for my order, to find out they had placed it by the drive through and then they offered me a cold toasted sandwich. Then I had to wait even longer to finally get my sandwich. They did refund me but didn't look at the receipt to see I had paid with cash..... I had to say no I paid with cash not a card.
I understand mistakes happen but all that in 35 mins is a mess and it's not the first time I have ordered online and had to wait for my sandwich once I got there.

The way the crew from thus store greets you when you first come in is heart warming. It took me by surprise. You don't get thus kind of appreciating these day's. If your ever having a bad day stop at the Jimmy John's and by the time you leave you definitely have a smile on your face. SHOUT OUT TO THIS TEAM AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE MANAGER. To the regional manager this spot: INCENTIVIZE DELIVERY DRIVERS TO WORK FOR YOU. I have called 6 separate times over the course of the last 4 months, and all 6 times I have been told that they don't have delivery drivers. Sure Doordash could do that. But some still pay in cash, and tip our drivers well. Your solution to lack employment should never be a third-party company. Please fix this. There are people who will drive for you.

Ordered food at 11:30 and just delivered at 1:00pm. Called at 12:00 and said it will be here in 15 minutes. My soda was watered down but food was still decent only because I was hungry. Very slowww not even sure I will order from them again. Lady who delivered said she had just got the food. Yeah right….

Ordered online for pickup, no login necessary. Paid online after checking out then went and picked it up about 5-10mins later from location. Smooth and easy. No hassle. Food was delicious!

The person taking my order was very nice. Came up to the drive thru window, saw a heavier set woman drop my food in the trash.

I asked her “Did you just drop my food in the trash and try to give it to me?” She responded with a “Yes”. So ridiculous. I did get a refund.

I normally go through drive through at this location but stopped in for lunch today. I got my regular, the tuna salad sandwich, which was fresh and fast. Good service and clean restaurant. Would recommend and will be back.

Always decent sandwiches but the employees at this location make sure customers know they hate their job. Placed an online pickup order. No greeting from the girl at the drive thur window just s snide remark "it'll be a minute the order was just placed" (2 sandwiches, not 20) but sure no problem. Comes back 3 mins later and just shoves the bag out the window, no words. Confusing behavior to say the least.
