I have never had a store employee (manager) talk to me like I was talked to today. She went so far to slam the drive through door in mu face because she was in a mood. I have seen this person yelling at the employees the same wy so I am done with them.

We went in side more people in there the lady taking order's in the drive-thru never ask what we wanted.she would look at us and that lady behind us said ate there anyone to take or order's. So into7 or so cars still didn't help us so i findy asked and no one said anything to us and we walked out.This is totally unprofessional on there part. I don't care how many cars arr there if you have people standing inside to order they should be waited on between the cars.i will never go bad there this is not the first time with them.

Ordered from this KFC on the app. It is a 6.2 mile drive and they timed it perfectly! As I walked through the door the young lady was putting the finishing touches on our order. The meal was exactly what we expected. 4 extra crispy ⭐'s.

When we got there they told us it would take 40 mins to make a bucket of chicken and basically told us to leave. I feel bad for the workers if there aren’t enough people or resources to get the job done.

Do not do a mobile order from this place they will mess up your food and when you call and complain about it and want your money back because they shorted you your items they will tell you you have to call corporate and refuse to give you your refund. I guess I will dispute the the ENTIRE charge.

I’m giving this 4 stars because the food I ordered was good, affordable, and it was quick. I’m not sure about customer service though, the cashiers weren’t talkative or super friendly. I’ve only been here a few times so we’ll see what happens.

Pulled into the drive thru at 719, 745 still hadn't received food. I went inside waited another 10 minutes. When we got out food it was cold. No receipt was provided for the transaction. Worker in the drive thru did not want to process the gift cards I had, shot me a nasty look. Never going back.

Used to be the best location around until something changed!! Last 3 visits got progressively worse, at first just had issues getting everything put with order, but at least corrected it. Second to last time, forgot part of order again and potatoes were watery,, but again they made it right. But this last time was a total disaster!! Forgot 3 items on order, went to eat and whoever the cook was put zero seasonings on the chick n and severely overcooked it to the point it was so dried out it had to be thrown away!!! Contacted both store and corporate offices, and got no response whatsoever!!!!! We have 3 locations closer to us and used to drive the extra distance to go to this location, but after this last experience, I believe we'll give our business to Indi's, Popeye's, or Church's, unless they decide to fix whatever they changed!!! KFC has made a drastic turnaround in both customer service and food quality and it's just too bad, it used to be one of the last places a person could go to get a decent meal with great customer service, now it's no different from the rest!!!!! Do your self a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, you'll be better satisfied!!!!
