Come on, do better. $17 for a dozen donuts? That's ridiculous. $11 for a half dozen plain glazed? I had a 2goodtogo order to pick up tonight and my son wanted a half dozen glazed. So, I got there at 9pm during my pickup window. You had one employee working that had been alone since early in the evening. He was great, very helpful, very nice and even cheerful (which I wouldn't have been at that point),definitely a good customer service experience. I didn't get his name, but thank you very much to him!! He gave me a very nice assortment of donuts. But I definitely wouldn't have paid a full $17 for a dozen! However, seriously, one employee in the whole store? I'm sure with charging $17 a dozen, you can afford to have more than one employee. That's even more ridiculous than your prices!

Krispy Kreme donuts on veterans parkway, close to a bunch of the local shopping. Easy access, for the busy area where it’s located. Usually very fresh, team members and shift managers are nice and friendly. Family loves the glazed donuts the best. Pick up branded coffee cups and mugs.
Parking: Head toward Menards and turn left. Easy in and out from the back of the store

Well, went to the drive through and asked if any hot donuts were going to be made and the rude male individual said, " I have been cookie hot donuts since 3 pm and he was NOT making anymore." He was very rude when he didn't need to be as we were only asking a simple question. Mind you this was for my elderly grandmother who use to go to Krispy Kreme with her father so it was going to be an nostalgic gift to her on this chilly evening, since she is disabled and not able to leave her home. To the rude male individual in the drive through. I will be praying for you. 🙏

Me and my husband and son visited on 11/30/24 and employee working at the time yelled at us for our order TWICE and despite the yelling we ordered and the worker cut us off before we finished and gave us a total at that point we decided to take our business elsewhere this employee should definitely be fired

Had to be the saddest dozens of donuts 🍩 I have ever been served in my life 16 dollars a dozen are u kidding me for donuts that look a little bigger than a half dollar,sutch and rip off I remember when you got good donuts and freshly made donuts when you went but that's not the case anymore they get mad when you try to use your phone number to get points and it's there job not ours but they get mad when you ask them to put your number in I'm just blowing away from it myself
