I visited the store with the hopes of taking some nurses at the VA hospital some hot donuts on Thanksgiving morning. So my surprise, I was overcharged for one box of donuts, +3 donuts extra. The total came up to $24 which was way too much. When I asked for a receipt, I was not provided one. Also, the donuts that I received tastes like the donuts from the night before they were still, and they were not fresh. Seems like they had sit on the shelf for a while. I was too far away to turn back. My advice to you is to check your receipt and make sure that it’s correct and if you’re going early in the morning, open the box up and make sure that you’re getting fresh donuts because this location does not serve fresh donuts, especially in the morning. This is my personal experience with this location.

We stopped on a Friday evening hoping to get tasty treats. Very disappointing. The parking lot lights were not working. The site sign was nit lit up not working either and the outside lights mounted on the building were strobing like a haunted house. They were understaffed with only one person and extremely slow. We did the drive thru and the order speaker kept squealing with horrible feedback. Then they were out of glazed donuts so we ordered some variety of other kinds which most of what we were given was stale and dry. If you hadn't told me they were Krisoy Kreme I would have thought it was a janky bakery going out of business. The whole experience was terrible. I'm not a picky person but it really was bad and I feel we wasted our money.

Nobody in drive thru when I arrived to pick up my order today at 430 pm.. I went inside Just left there got a mixed dozen and free glazed dozen . The chocolate creme filled donuts are hard and stale. Very little creme filling. Barely had any inside I ordered 3 cinnamon roll got 2 ordered 3 cinnamon apple got 4. The cinnamon roll was decent. The cinnamon apple was dry. The glazed are cold and dry This is the second time I've gotten stale creme filled chocolate frosted donuts from this store. No answer when I called twice. Poor quality must've sat all day at least. Extremely disappointed. I've only been there twice thought I'd give them another chance this second time. Im done. Old donuts high price. No wonder you get a free dozen.You can do better than this. Not the Krispy Kreme I remember.

ANDYYY!! Best manager you could ask to be running the business. Came in 5 minutes before closing and greeted us with the most positive attitude. Literally made our night by being so genuine, kind, and just an uplifting spirit . True sweetheart and just came to say that because he was amazing and i swear the donuts tasted better because of him

Come on, do better. $17 for a dozen donuts? That's ridiculous. $11 for a half dozen plain glazed? I had a 2goodtogo order to pick up tonight and my son wanted a half dozen glazed. So, I got there at 9pm during my pickup window. You had one employee working that had been alone since early in the evening. He was great, very helpful, very nice and even cheerful (which I wouldn't have been at that point),definitely a good customer service experience. I didn't get his name, but thank you very much to him!! He gave me a very nice assortment of donuts. But I definitely wouldn't have paid a full $17 for a dozen! However, seriously, one employee in the whole store? I'm sure with charging $17 a dozen, you can afford to have more than one employee. That's even more ridiculous than your prices!

Krispy Kreme donuts on veterans parkway, close to a bunch of the local shopping. Easy access, for the busy area where it’s located. Usually very fresh, team members and shift managers are nice and friendly. Family loves the glazed donuts the best. Pick up branded coffee cups and mugs.
Parking: Head toward Menards and turn left. Easy in and out from the back of the store
