Marcos has always been my favorite. Back then the only Marcos I knew of was in new Albany so I was hype to see they put one just up the street from me. However, I feel like the pizzas I was getting seemed to always have issues and didn’t have that original Marcos taste. And my orders were wrong. Just a couple days ago, I wanted some marcos. Just got the good ole magnifico, which was the pizza that made me love Marcos in the first place. When I arrived, I noticed they had some new staff. Just 2 guys. This experience I had was a 180 degree from the last several disappointing times. These 2 guys know what they are doing. They were very accommodating, and I swear this magnifico I got was a 10/10. It made me remember why I love their pizza in the first place. It had that signature Marcos taste. They asked me to leave a review since the old staff wasn’t putting their all into customer service. 5/5 hands down. Marcos is awesome and I’m glad they have some staff now willing to show the initiative to put their customers first.

I have been going to this Marco's at least once a week for over a year now. Jay is absolutely amazing and knows my name and knows that I call every Friday for my Dad who has had two strokes and can no longer drive. My Dad looks forward to his Large Pepperoni Magnifico every Friday and Jay ALWAYS welcomes me with a smile and great pizza and fantastic service!!! We love Marco's and we love Jay:)

Don't order delivery from here. They use door dash, I live less than 10 minutes away..food was cold and soggy. I haven't eaten Marcos in a year and I was so excited.. glad I wasted that money should have just ordered Papa John's..at least it's hot when it gets here..called the store, waste of time.
First time ever trying Marcos people said it was good so I took their word for it. Spent $31 there for pizza, wings cheese break and a dessert.
Ordered online went inside after 20 minutes and wasn’t even welcomed and one girl was just standing in the back not paying attention to me. Was in there about 10 minutes before another walked and didn’t even say anything I had to mention I had a pick up and she just stared at me which was weird
Pizza had no flavor the sauce had a weird taste it reminded me of cheap gas station pizza. Was not good at all in my opinion
The wings were even worst. Super soggy wings the buffalo also had a weird taste almost tasted like a cleaner or something.
The cheese break was honestly the best thing I ate out of all of it but even then it was still bad it was super greasy like when I opened it it was soaking through the box’s and the cheese was just sprinkled on top. Not even infused inside the break how I thought.
The dessert as many say is the best for last but wrong the cinnamon pull apart bites were burnt and was overloaded with cinnamon to where it stuck to the root of your mouth.
Maybe the Jeff location had a bad day / night or maybe that’s how it’s always been but I’ll probably never be back to Marcos. Would honestly eat little Caesar’s again that’s joe bad it was

The crust is great. Toppings are pretty decent but that sauce is vile..I'm not a picky person and I've given it a shot a couple times but it always has this weird vomit under taste. I thought it was just me until someone else in my house said the same thing. Last pizza we had was just poorly made. Very little cheese and so many pepperoni on there none of the other toppings could stick so it all just fell off. I thought they forgot the cheese...

Their pizza is the best but they couldn't make a sandwich if they're life dependent on it. Nothing like cold meatballs in a meatball sub, and certainly don't try to add anything.... Like black olives. I paid for them, but I didn't get them. Maybe some marcos are good at sandwiches, but they need to know their demographic and in jeffersonville, indiana... Sandwiches is a no go, just take it off your menu.

I ordered online specifically from this location. It’s near my home and they accept cash payments. I made an online order. It was more than an hour before they messaged me that it had been picked up. My order never arrived. Ordering at 4:50. I waited until 6:20 to place a new order seeing as my first one never arrived. Then they call and cancel my order after not delivering the first time. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue here. My order at this location has been off every order I’ve made. I also do not appreciate the rude tone over the phone by a very disgruntled employee. I had thought the place was great when it opened. Quickly came to find out they don’t have the care or passion for customer service and happiness. I give it below average.

Ordered online and forgot some salads, called in and the girl said that they had salad, but “no salad prepped” and they couldn’t just prep me some salad to make for my order. Just make me a salad bruh. Poor excuse. I get working in food service, bc most of my jobs have been so, but to not just simply make it right when you actually have product is beyond silly. I haven’t received my food yet, so hope its right. Its a gamble sometimes. I will say that Marcos is bomb when its done correctly though. Sad.
