By far the worst sandwich I've ever had coming from a well known restaurant. I ordered the jalapeno turkey sandwich with bacon. It should have been called a bread sandwich. There was more bread than anything. It came with a thin slice of turkey covered with what was supposed to be jalapeno cheese, tasted more like provolone and a thin slice of bacon. Very disappointed, and this was after waiting more than 30min

My wife and I eat here twice a week on our lunch break and always loved using the app for table side ordering. It was quick and convenient, perfect for our schedule.
Lately, the table numbers are gone and the app says table side ordering isn’t available. We ended up leaving last time because the line was too long.
Disappointing change. It was a great feature that made this our regular spot, hope they bring it back.

This is on the store itself and the employees do not get to keep their tips so who knows where it goes and that is not fair to employees..... This needs to be investigated..

Poor customer service. Unkind at the front and generally unhelpful. Our 2 year old spilled a drink and people walked by and we had to stop them to help. Will not return. Go to the one in Clarksville. Much better experience.

First time at this McAllister's. The food was superb. My King Club Sandwich, Pot pie Chicken Soup, and dessert were out of this world. My hubby enjoyed his food as well. Great atmosphere and very friendly employees. We would love to go back when we visit Indiana another time. You guys rock!!

Came to dine in, got confused looks from the workers so wasn’t sure who was going to take my order. Ordered the ultimate nachos and it was basically all chili and little cheese only enough to cover the chips in the center😩

Ordered online 2 spud max 3 sides and a full grilled chicken club, got home half my sandwich was missing and was also missing 1 side, I went back to get the rest of the order and while I was waiting my wife messages me saying she found very large hair in her spud max. I work in the food industry serving food and I'm required to wear a hairnet, these people are cooking to food and I didn't see any hairnets, in my opinion hair nets should be required in any restaurant by cooking staff

The food is good the people are the worst kind young and stupid can't even tell u what comes on any sandwich and faces in phones like they own the place terrible service and the managers don't treat people the way they should just by how they feel or identify
Took them an extremely long time to get two plates of food out. There was one other person waiting for food in the restaurant. Brought our food out and both orders were completely wrong. It’s okay to have teenagers working at a business, but not when they wanna goof off and no adult is present. Chick-fil-A does it right, McAlister’s does not. Just plain out horrible.

Doing a DoorDash. 45 minute wait for two sandwiches, a salad and a tea. When I complained about the 45 minute wait, without cussing, corporate banned me from the restaurant because I complained. The incompetence of the staff is breathtaking, their professionalism is completely lacking and the pettiness of their corporate office is staggering. Instead of attempting to fix a glaring problem, they just kicked the can down the road. If you want to wait forever for an order, you should go here, otherwise don't bother.
