I love McAlister’s don’t get me wrong, but it seems like everytime I order a spud and I ask for extra it never fails it’s less than normal. I always ask for extra toppings each time in hopes it will come out with extra but 4 black olives ? Please add extra if it says extra

If I could give no stars I absolutely would! One of the managers, I believe his name is Brandon, has an attitude every single time I go in there. The way he talks to the teenage employees is not okay. There is no reason to speak to people in such a rude manner. It seems like every time I go in there he’s basically bullying the employees. As a grown man he should be embarrassed. I don’t see how he is still employed there. I will no longer be going to this location until he is no longer working there!

11/6/25 Incredible long line for pickup during lunch. Ordered online and drove over. Waited 30+ minutes with a dozen other people and no one getting their food. Had to leave to clock back into work. Never got my food.

Every time I come in here, I have to wait forever. 25 minutes is the shortest wait time I've ever had. Won't be back to this location. First time I waited 45 to 50 minutes to get my food.

Everything is dirty from the floors to the tables. Asked about new menu, got an attitude. Food cold.Not a good experience. Never ask the staff questions they look at i like u have 2 heads

Very disappointed with this location and won’t be returning. Ordered our food through the app and decided since it wasn’t crowded and we’d eat in. Asked for plates at the counter when picking up our order and the manager said to us that he doesnt let mobile orders use their plates, only if people order at the counter? The manager made a big scene about it and we just stood there completely baffled and walked away. Everyone was staring at us and a couple folks came up to let us know that they don’t understand what was going on and that it was bizarre. One lady let us know that this specific manager treats his employees and customers like garbage on a regular basis. Also witnessed them give a customer very clear tea and said sorry i know it looks bad but we’re not making anymore tonight… what in the world. It was 7PM and they were open for another 2 hours…

Overall a clean place including the bathroom, food was reasonably priced, portions were fair. The only thing I was a little misled by was the sides, especially the spuds one which was just a small bag of chips. I thought it was French fries but again overall not too bad a place to relax and enjoy a meal with my wife
By far the worst sandwich I've ever had coming from a well known restaurant. I ordered the jalapeno turkey sandwich with bacon. It should have been called a bread sandwich. There was more bread than anything. It came with a thin slice of turkey covered with what was supposed to be jalapeno cheese, tasted more like provolone and a thin slice of bacon. Very disappointed, and this was after waiting more than 30min

My wife and I eat here twice a week on our lunch break and always loved using the app for table side ordering. It was quick and convenient, perfect for our schedule.
Lately, the table numbers are gone and the app says table side ordering isn’t available. We ended up leaving last time because the line was too long.
Disappointing change. It was a great feature that made this our regular spot, hope they bring it back.

This is on the store itself and the employees do not get to keep their tips so who knows where it goes and that is not fair to employees..... This needs to be investigated..
