Christmas Eve waited an hour for cold fries and a blob of mayo on my big mac. Customers inside not taken care of because door dash was made priority. Many customers not happy
Service so bad didn’t give me whole order and girl with big fake eyelashes hands me one soda not the 2 that I had payed for then tells you 3rd window and shuts window but when you get to 3rd window they don’t know what’s going on they just hand you food not caring if you needed anything else or not so then I have to go in to get another drink and they take the flat drink from me and leave me standing there for 12 minutes 😡
2 lanes open and they only took orders from one lane. I had to drive up to the window to place my order before another vehicle went ahead of me. SMH
I go to McDonald's for my mom. I'm not sure where to go to get her what she likes.
