Just in case anybody's wondering, the new management has not improved anything. It's still hands down, the worst location in town. Food consistently takes forever while somehow simultaneously tasting like it has been sitting way past it's prime. Save your money or go elsewhere.

Went to the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich. The Man at the first window, said 5.03, he didn’t say hello or thank you. So I said you’re welcome.
The lady at the pickup was kind. But the English muffin was not toasted at all, as well as the sausage was cold, kind of scared to eat it. You know a hello and thank you is meaningful. I really don’t believe he is cut out for customer service.

Avoid at all costs, slower than molasses and rude manager. Waited 30 minutes at 9:00 a.m. for a small breakfast order. Never again!

It's been taken franchise I think and therefore the prices DOUBLED overnight! McD's is not 'fine dining' and should not cost 10$ or more for a single meal or 10$ for a twenty piece.

This is disgusting and ridiculous. The employees are nice but for these prices I'm going to McCallister's.

Go elsewhere, boycott mcd's or demand a wait staff and tablecloths and candelabra and a wine selection!

Why isn't the owner reviewing the horrible customer service? Great location but management is horrible. Staff for the most part has always been very kind and helpful but you can tell when a specific manager is there they are different. The clarksville locations are all amazing and worth the extra few minutes. The franchise owner should see the reviews and offer more customer service training.

If I could give a lower rating I would. We ordered pick up through the app and had to walk to the establishment from our home, when we walked in we were told that we weren’t allowed to pick up the order since the lobby was closed and we couldn’t go through drive though since we walked. They told us we had to handle it through the app but the app wouldn’t let us cancel since the order was being prepared and when we called they told us managers aren’t allowed to issue any refunds even though that’s what the app told us to do. The employees we spoke to in person and on the phone were extremely rude and told us there was nothing they would do to help us. Oh and on top of that after we called they decided to go through and say we had picked it up instead of canceling it for us. Love my money being stolen because of employees not wanting to do their job 👍🏼

Christmas Eve waited an hour for cold fries and a blob of mayo on my big mac. Customers inside not taken care of because door dash was made priority. Many customers not happy

It’s makes no sense for a McDonald’s employee on 12/26/24 at approx 9:30am to have such a nasty attitude. She had an attitude no soon as I pulled up to order. I tried to laugh it off but her attitude continued to worsen. I couldn’t even place my order. I REFUSE TO PAY TO GET MISTREATED. NOW IM AT CHIC FIL A. BUSINESS LOSS DUE TO RUDE EMPLOYEE!!!!

Just left McDonald’s from getting my gf from work, we wanted tomato and did. No one else in line but us, had up pull up, gives up a bad with medium warm fries in it. Why the hell and I pulling up if you’re gonna hand me cold fries, really? If you do not like your job quit! Do yourself and others a favor.

They park every car in Drive through and then leave you. When they do come they don't know what order goes where because they have like 6 cars parked. I did curbside today and put in spot 2. They went to a few of the drive through people and then one other curbside person when I was in spot 2 and the bag said curbside 2.
