Bought breakfast for everyone and the biscuit sandwiches were soggy like something was spilled on the table they were mush. My child's breakfast was inedible. When I called I was given excuses and the person started guessing of what it could have been like that makes it better somehow and did nothing to make it right. 3 times now I have paid extra for more caramel in their iced coffee so it actually has taste and each time they have not added what I paid for.

Stud at the counter for 7 minutes & they just looked at me and never even acknowledged me. I walk away and they helped the next guy.
I don't wanna say it but..... We were two different shades if you know what I mean. Because there was a fire fighter who got helped right before I walked up.
I purposely watched to see if they helped him & they did. 🤷🏿♂️

For some reason, their lobby is not open at 10:51 AM on Sunday. Maybe pay your employees and he won’t have this issue.

App says they open at 5. I placed a curbside order at 6:40am. Waited until 7:04 but had to leave because I’m supposed to be at work at 7. I called and asked for a refund, the nasty lady I talked to told me refunds had to be requested through the app. App said refund not available because the food was being prepared. So basically I paid 11 dollars and got no food and no refund. That’s called stealing. How about updating your hours on the app so people know what time you open. Last dollar I’ll ever spend at any McDonald’s. Oh and by the way, if you are grown and working at McDonald’s, it’s because you’re a loser.

I want to know WTH McDonald's is smoking charging what they do for breakfast. First of all there is no pricing posted on the sign for any of the breakfast items. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese meal and they didn't even bother to inform me of the total. Come to find out $7.99?!?! And when they ask what I would like to drink and say an O.J., assuming that since I didn't want coffee that it would be an even swap, I get charged an extra $1.50. So in total = $9.50+tax for a little sandwich, hash brown and a cup of O.J. NEVER AGAIN! I'm guessing corporate is telling management to not let customers know how much they really are going to be paying until you pull up to the window. McDonalds used to be a place where you were able to eat a meal at value, but again we are dealing with price gouging corporate conglomerates.
