Manager was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Never seen a store ran so bad in my life. Complete mess . Employees seem to lack guidance. Everyone just looks lost and not sure what they are doing. Basic customer service skills are lacking. Manager didn't even seem like he was all there was on his phone the whole time .

Why do you always give people that wrong food. We did not order 2 quarter pounders. There was supposed to be 1 QP and two snack wraps. You guys even had the audacity to put a checked for accuracy sticker on here but you still give the wrong order. Last 3 times I have gotten food here it has been absolutely disgusting.

10/20/2025: Went through the Drive-thru to pick up some breakfast, on the way home from work. I ordered a #5 which consist of a bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddle but when I got home, and got comfortable, ready to eat it's not what I ordered! I didn't order a bagel. And I want my correct order

They never get my order right. When I asked them to correct it this last time I was there, they got the order wrong 4 times in a row. I did not want mayo and they made it completely wrong each time after stating what I needed every time I said this at the counter. I am not sure where the disconnect is. I also cannot have regular sodas and they keep giving me regular coke, when I have said diet MULTIPLE times! The lady at the window was also extremely rude. She asked if my order was complete and I said no then she sighed and said well what else? HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Switched from two stars to FIVE. This location has really improved and now has fast, accurate service. No longer do I have to fight to get the number of salsa packets I enjoy with my breakfast burrito when I order through the app because there is no option to purchase/pay for more, it just allows you to add more packets for free! I use five packets per burrito and it used to be absolutely miserable getting what I enjoyed whether they wanted to charge me or not. Ty for the awesome improvements!

Always have to wait for food when order here and it's never been made fresh even after waiting 5 to 10mins after paying. Sometimes they even forget to bring food out after they have you pull to reserved spot. Plus it dosent matter what place you pull in drive thru they wait on whoever they want first even if you've been sitting at intercom longer and employees not wearing gloves while making food

I come to this McDonald's every morning and night for breakfast and dinner. But this will be my last meal. The service is so beyond annoying the owner should be ashamed. Getting waited on if paying with cash is like hailing a taxi, none of the staff are ever working the front counter. Every meal I have gotten has been a mess, hardly wrapped and always just stuffed into the bag if I am eating in or carry out. I am just tired of such poor service I will have to find a new place to eat at too and from work. Side note, the music is so loud I cant even hear the cashier.

RUDE employees. Lady at the counter EYEROLLED my daughter when she asked a question about birthday rewards, and didn't even try to assist her. Eyerolled my kid ON HER BIRTHDAY. I tried to ask 2 other employees for help, and was ignored.

Anytime I begrudgingly the service is absolutely horrible. They have people working have people working here that probably shouldn't even be working in fast food. Always out of something, always something broke.
You can go there when there is absolutely no other customers there and still have to wait.
