I visited this McDonalds at 1040AM on Thanksgiving morning. The drive thru staff was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE! I have never experienced anything like it. They said I should have stayed home and ate. Told me it was Thanksgiving and they had nothing to serve. Said it was Thanksgiving and they shouldn't be working and I shouldn't be there. All while throwing sarcastic "happy thanksgivings" in between all there ugly remarks. All while my 2 kids were in the backseat listening. I was appalled. I plan to go back another day to try and get in contact with a GM or franchise owner. I live only a couple blocks away so it's conveniently located for me but I will never visit this location again. Absolutely disgusting behavior! I had to give 1 star just to write a review but I'd give this place a 0.

Don’t waste your time trying to use the McDonalds app here - they will not help you if you have any problems at all - they will send you and your kids away with no food, even though they took your rewards points on the app! Very frustrating. Makes me want to never come back.

Thought I'd try the pumpkin pie since I've never had them before (not a fan of their apple). Got the order at 8. Tell me why the pie said enjoy by 4 hours ago 😒 Hardly ever have issues at this location besides forgetting sauces I will give it that. However, many employees are rude.

Lady gave us an attitude telling us that our ordered drink came with our $5 meal deal, even though we said we knew that. She forgot our straws and all sauces we asked and reminded her for. She said everything is in the bag, service is not good.
It's a hit or miss. It really all depends who's working on if you'll get your correct food in a decent amount of time and if that food will come with an attitude or not. Don't get me wrong sometimes I go there and the service and food is outstanding they're fast they greet me with smiles and it's great, but unfortunately the attitude of some of the employees heavily outweighs the good experiences. I wish there were another McDonald's closer so I wouldn't have to go to this one.
When this store first opened, they were the best and the food was always hot. Now I've had problems out of this store 5 or 6 different times that I've been there. I get home and I pour my fries onto my plate and a dead fly was in fries😭. I had issues with my order 2 nights ago and then I give them another go and this happens. I'll be going back to Allison lane location

Terrible drive thru 22 minutes for a 20 pc and 2 fries.. kept the drive thru times down with 5 cars parked .. good wasn’t even fresh after 21 minutes.. manager was smiling 🙂 like why your ability to run this McDonald’s is trash 🗑️ just like the service you gave tonight!
