Nothing Bundt Cakes

The cakes are dandy, but the staff has a bizarre policy of requiring customers to provide a phone number--even when placing a simple counter order to take with them. I gave mine once, and since then, I've been inundated with spam calls and texts.

Without a loyalty program or clear reason for collecting this information, it's hard not to suspect that selling customer data may be part of their business model.

Their cakes are amazing,however, I just literally watched 3 People drive away at 7:07 PM because they are closed. They really should consider extending an hour. That's a lot of lost business. This is a very busy area at 7pm.

OMG the new S'Mores bundy cake is so good, moist and flavorful. And the classic vanilla is to die for!!!!

First let me say I never post reviews unless I have a truely terrible experience. The story is last month was my birthday month and they offer the free small Bundt cake for your birthday and I went in to collect mine as I usually do every year and I was treated as if I was lesser of a person and was told it had to be within 10 days if my birthday which is was…and I had to have the email and my license. I told them I had not received my email as I usually do every year but I had my license and I was basically scoffed at so I left. It’s not about the cake ? it’s about how you treat people and what if that was the only birthday cake I was getting for my birthday. It’s sad that costumer service individuals need to act in the fashion do better.

I received two of the individual cakes as a gift for my birthday. I was in awe! These cakes are lip smacking and tongue popping good!

The icing is not too sweet, it’s perfect! Best Bundt cake you will EVER taste!

I wish I could leave a ZERO star review instead of a one! The older woman working was obnoxiously rude and hateful the last 2 times I’ve been there. Will NEVER buy anything from this pitiful location.

Placed an $50+ order for law firm party, showed up at the store 2 minutes early and watched as two "ladies" behind the counter stared at me. I mouthed can you open the door, I'm hear to pick up an order and was told no, you have to wait. I phoned the shop and was told no, they don't open until 9 (literally now just 1 minute to go). Was so annoyed that they treat customers like that. It's a small bakery, not a large chain. They couldn't open their doors 1 minute early?! Cancel my order and went to Adrienne. FYI, Adrienne's cakes and cupcakes were fabulous if you're looking for an alternative.
