This is by far the worst pizza I have gotten from Papa Johns. I'm not sure what is going on, but they have been going down hill for a while now. I used to love Papa Johns. It is not the same as it used to be.

I messed up and ordered carry out when I wanted delivery and they were happy to cancel the order and make a fresh order, even though it was my fault. I can’t be more satisfied with the response to my mistake.

I ordered two New York Style, XL pizzas and this is what I got. I guess if it put it in an XL box and call it NY style it still counts. Not to mention I waited over an hour for it.

Papa John's, Jeffersonville, IN 10th St. Rude people and bad customer service. I went in there around 11:45 pm and the young lady told me that they weren't taking any carryout orders because they closed at 12 am. That is ridiculous to tell a customer that when you don't close for another 15 minutes l. Will not do business there anymore. "BAD SERVICE"

Very sad that this is the closest place to the original Papa John's. By far the worst place.. Ordered a pizza to my Hotel room. Was told 35-45 mins. After an hour, I called, and another store had to call this store to find out what happened to my order. I was delivered to my door with no knock. They were caught dropping pizza from waist high in front of the door and walking away, and no receipt was left. The pizza box was open and the pizza was cold. Keep in mind I tipped $5. This was really poor service, and the "manager" said it could of been a door dash. Which makes no sense and was not told to me prior. He told me Sabrina Morrision is the District manager. I will find out when I contact corporate tomorrow. I will follow up on them resending the pizza out. I'm not hopeful

I've always enjoyed Papa John's Pizza but now that I can shop at the original store it seems just a little bit better. I also love the discount posted on their sign outside to keep local customers engaged.

Wait an hour for my food to be delivered and I called the store and they never answer the phone. They told me to wait and they kept me on hold.
Atmosphere is 5 because I ate at home. The 2 for food is because I always ask for light cheese and generally get regular cheese. Tonight was no different and that's the last chance.
