It’s always hit or miss. Ingredients aren’t spread properly and it’s usually over sauced. I usually get cheese sticks only from here. However, the cheese isn’t spread evenly and they don’t cut properly. Unfortunately it seems they just don’t care about presentation or quality. This is the closest one to my house and now I’ll have to find another one to get my monies worth.

Man I honestly just can’t believe how this place could get any worse but it does every time I order. Idk why I keep giving it a chance. Save your money and go to jets! Yes it’s a little pricey but at least your food won’t be cold, dry and taste like left overs from the day before. Sadly I think it’s mostly just this

This location has the freshest pizza and breadsticks of any papa johns. I live in New Albany but work in Jeff and have decided to start placing my order at this location before I leave work because this one is just so much better.

Fast, friendly service and good, hot pizza. What more could you want?The folks in the kitchen were busy making and boxing, while the counter folks seamlessly shifted from phones, to registers, to box labeling, making sure each guest was served quickly and efficiently.This is our home store and we visit regularly. It's always interesting to see familiar faces mixed with the new folks. Kudos to the training folks who help keep the place running smoothly as individuals come and go. There was an air of camaraderie as they talked and joked amongst themselves.Keep up the good work team!

Very poor service from staff to management to corporate help desk. Do not answer surveys because you won’t get your rewards and will get the run around trying to resolve issue with the blame game. No empowerment to resolve issues that are not the fault of customer. Have to wait for report filed and response at some future date. What ever happened to the good old customer service where the customer mattered? A lot more choices out there today than yesterday.

Manager was rude and they passed our order off to doordash after it said it was ready on the app. Waited 45 minutes in store and had to request a refund…if you like druggies making your food go for it but as for me… DO NOT RECCOMEND!

The Jeff location has hit bottom. I used to get consistently prepared and cooked pizza. In the past nine months I’ve gotten raw dough, uneven toppings, and today just terrible pizza. The dough was uneven (one side crispy and burned and the other closer to normal) the sauce was heavy, the toppings uneven. Never again. Threw half away it was so bad. The only positive was that I got it earlier than expected and the driver was nice.
