The food was good. The management is horrid. Only 1 girl serving inside, around 8 tables. They had 2 hostesses though and plenty of useless people walking around, not helping the server. Waited unnecessarily too long to place order and get things.

The GM was salty I left but was the best dishwasher they had they managing sucks and they will leave you in dish by yourself all day on the. Busiest days ….dont work here

I love Parlor, but when our visit today was horrendous. Victoria seemed very nice, but she was juggling way to many tables. My pizza did not have ranch on it, and our drinks were empty the whole time.
Parlor is usually a 4.5/5, today it was a 2

I carried out a large pizza and it was about as average as could be. Not bad, not great. Reminded me of Dominos but without the tasty garlic that Dominos puts on their crust. It’s such a shame because the vibe of the place was super cool and the staff seemed friendly as could be. If I was just doing carry out again, I probably would not go back. Also the parking situation sucks.

On Saturday night ( May 31st, 2025), I dined inside with my granddaughter and son-in-law. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Attentive staff. The 3 of us had different calzones and shared an order of ( huge!) breadsticks. All agreed that everything was delicious!! Reasonably priced, too! Definitely will be going back!

I'll just give it 2 stars. I'm sure the food may be good, I really wanted to try it. I called to place a order was told I needed to ace it online. So I used their preferred method from them directly food total was $50 then there is was a $7.50 delivery fee but I read farther and there was a $12.50 driver tip. You don't even give a tip option for the driver . How much of that actually goes to the delivery driver. I was less than 2 miles away at a hotel for the night. Sorry for your loss

It was girls afternoon, and it was great. Food was really good. Started with meatless nachos (so good), a personal cauliflower crust pizza for one, and I had the hot honey turkey grinder and another had regular turkey grinder. All were delicious! We ate, reminisced and had a few beers. And cudos to our server, Will, who kept everything going at the appropriate times. Just a great time! Highly recommend.

Came here for my birthday dinner last night. They were remodeling so it was noisy in the loft area, but the food and service were great overall.
Place looked really promising from outside, and they have a nice patio that they keep open year round. The pizza was just OK. Not bad, but nothing crazy. Inside they only have those annoying backless barstools, and there was a fair amount of flaking paint on the ceiling which was a little concerning. Service was great! Seemed like more of a place you go with family/kids.

The heated patio was a little too heated, but the food was amazing! I loved the artichoke calzone. My husband enjoyed the boss. The kids loved their pizzas, and they were such a good size. I didn't know they had a promo, but the waitress informed us our kids were eating for free, which was amazing. The pizza was a perfect size for them! She stated she was a newer waitress, but very helpful and friendly.
