Penn Station East Coast Subs

I go to this location usually during the week (mostly on Fridays) around lunch time to pick up my online order and my food is always hot, and ready and tastes amazing! I'm sorry I don't know any names but, the same crew of people are usually there each time and they are so friendly and do a wonderful job! I wish I knew all of their names so I could give them the recognition they deserve. Thank you guys so much for always being so nice and helpful!

On two occasions my Italian sub sandwich has had a rather large stem from whatever peppers they cut up. Someone can seriously choke on such. 🤦🏾‍♂️

I haven't eaten at penn station in a few years and now I remember why. I went in last night for dinner. Decided to get something I haven't had in a while. Ordered the monthly special pizza sub and fries and a drink with a cookie. Sandwich was very small for being a medium and the fries were so overcooked I couldn't even eat 3/4 of them and they went in the trash. I guess they changed the cookies they used to be really good soft and delicious. Now they are packaged differently and the cookie was really hard and barely edible. The ice machine in the lobby was broken so I was given ice from behind the counter but all of the sodas tasted flat and old. For the price it cost to get a meal there this is ridiculous I seriously doubt I will be back anytime soon

My sandwich was wrong. Called the store they told me there is no corporate number too fill out some form online I did that. No one has called or emailed me back. Went back to the store and they told me to bring the food back after it's been 3 days. I expect more professional help from penn station. I will not be back until this situation is fixed. It takes years to gain a customer but you can lose one in just a split of a second.

Love penn station but this is by far the worst location out there. Ordered online and got food 40 mins after time. People that walked in behind me ordered in person and was done eating by time I even got my food.

Terrible service. Girl that packaged the food was very rude and made it more difficult than it needed to be to pick up a simple door dash order. If you hate your job, please find somewhere else to work also fries were burnt and thrown into the bag with absolutely no care. Pathetic.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak. Onion green peppers. No banana peppers. They gave me chicken, onion,and banana peppers. They Don't listen or care.

So I'm a transfemale I'm use to being discriminated against the manager there is spelled my name out four times for him he still put my name down as a man's name I want to apologize to said he couldn't hear me which was wrong because when the girl came out and said the man name he corrected her with the right name he is such a liar
