Very satisfied with the Italian grilled sub I got. The staff was friendly and know how to make a great sandwich. They mentioned they are under new management and hope people will come back and try them. With the service and deliciousness I definitely will be back.

I ordered my food through the phone, waited in my car with my new born for 30 minutes, all for me to go in to pick up and was told that nothing was taken for me. Although she clearly took my name after the order. Now I have to starve, cause I have no time to eat, running to my baby’s appointment. And she carelessly said that to me like my time does not matter. Bad customer service.

Stopped by on a BUSY Friday after work. Only 2 associates working their butts off with a SMILE! So refreshing to see. They were working so well together and had a great customer service attitude. Shoutout to Sarah and Sammy!

Penn station bogo Tuesdays.
It has been up for weeks. The sign was on the window this morning. Came in today (Tuesday) for the bogo it was ended sometime during the day. Bad business by ownership.
One star for the owner.

I’ve been trying to retrieve a receipt for three days. Still have not received any receipt despite being told it’s been sent. The most frustrating part is the staff being rude when I call and not receiving a callback, despite leaving my number on multiple occasions and requesting to speak with a manager. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service overall.

I ordered the regular Cheese steak & it was so good that I told my wife about it & I had to go back the next day & get it again. You get your money's worth because they pile on the meat & toppings on. Great Job👍👍👍

Penn Station Jeffersonville, Indiana was excellent. We both had the Italian Med size sub sandwiches. The bread and all ingredients were all very fresh and quite tasty. The service was excellent.

It was my first time ordering Penn Station subs. I changed my mind on a cold sub. I asked for it to be toasted and asked for a large soda. Never got either of those things. It was packed and it took quite a while for my sub to get to me. The fries were the best part of the food.

Just ordered a sandwich over the phone. Could barely understand the guy. I arrive and get some extra things. He charges me for just the extra things. I tried to explain I hadn’t paid for the food yet and he just didn’t understand. Had to call another employee over. I was told my sandwich was out but they were dropping fresh fries. Meanwhile the manager is sitting in a booth yelling stuff at the employees behind counter 2 of 4 seemed to be in training with no leadership to guide them. My sandwich sat there ready for 10 minutes before I said something. They then bagged it up with some fries that had been ready for a few minutes. I was gonna deal with the food being cold and take the loss. But The sandwich was wrong. I asked for no Parmesan and it was on there. I brought it to the managers attention and he acted like I didn’t order it that way because the ticket didn’t have it. however I said it and it was repeated back to me. Then offered to remake it. I spent a total of 30 mins at this location after calling in an order 15 mins ahead of time. I used to never have issues here until recently. Corporate if I were you I’d get some leadership in there quick these guys seem lost.

Wow what a disorganized mess this restaurant has become. You can't make sandwiches correctly like it's on your menu and serve your customers cold old frys. Too bad I couldn't give you zeros. Tell your employees there nasty eye rolls of disgust were noticeable and childish.
