Went there last month/worst pizza I have had from there in 35 years Severely undercooked/VERY little toppings. Thought I would give it another try everybody has a bad day Just wasted another 20 dollars Undercooked/hardly any ingredients! Don't waste your money.

I was told to come at a certain time to pick up pizza. They completely screwed up the order. Then told me I had to wait on the new pizza to cook. I really should one star you, but I’m giving you the chance to make it right. The time away from my family is valuable. I shouldn’t have to wait twice for one pizza so make it right the first time.
I ate here 25 years ago as a kid. Took my family here and watched my kids go crazy, watching the train bring their drinks. Love the Stromboli and the pizza.

I dined in at this location with my husband recently and our order came out completely wrong when I politely asked for it to be fixed the young girl working upfront huffed at us and went to the kitchen where I heard the kitchen staff loudly referring to us as “stuck up cunts” our new food came out completely burnt and safe to say I will never be dining or recommending this pizza king to anyone ever again. If I was the owner I would have a word with my staff about language in the workplace because I am absolutely appalled.

We ordered an XL pizza and 2 orders of Chicken strip (4 piece) baskets (with fries), picked up our order, got home and had been given 2 boxes with 2 chicken strips each and no fries. We called the store and the girl on the phone argued with us that they only serve 2 piece strip baskets now (which is a lie). They offered to replace them however with 4 piece strips and fries. We made the 2nd trip and this time the girl (presumably the one on the phone, but can't say for sure) was making comments to a boy in there that she would clock out and "whoop him" assuming him would be my husband but I don't know for sure. Then they proceeded to bring us only 2 chicken strips again with no fries. They finally brought us the correct items...either way it was the worst experience I've ever had. The employees were rude and incompetent. We love pizza king but won't be back at this location again.
