I just visited a Popeyes in Louisville Ky and was treated so inhumane! Went through drive thru to be told my order would take 10 minutes but it took 20. Instead of waiting for one of the guys to come out in the cold cold I went in and waited the last 10 minutes to witness them try to give me chicken that was already there! I demanded my money back and came to Jeffersonville In to not only be treated with dignity but also with respect.
The manager Alex understood my frustration and promised he would personally create my order for me and my family. He did just that! Thanks to Alex I still believe KFC is not the best chicken!
They let you sit at the drive thru speaker for over 10 mins and then tell you to pull it window to order. Don’t even bother to answer you. Super slow and rude.
Chicken was too crispy on the outside, to doughy on the inside, the Mac and cheese was burnt, the biscuits were hard.

How many Fingers does a Chicken have? I am tired of chicken places serving fingers 101 Ways. Especially CFA! Popeyes has all of the Chicken, Always. And it is Better!

If I could give this a 0 stars I would. Being from Louisiana Popeyes is my first choice when it comes to chicken but this location is a joke. They never have anything. How is it your always running out of food. I'm not understanding this, and its really every time. And the staff is lazy when it comes to your food. They dont care at all. I won't go back

The only thing on the menu that we got that was edible was the macaroni and cheese. The woman at the drive-thru ask me if I was paying back credit card and I said I was and then she got mad because I was using a credit card as she had wrung it up as a cash sale.
The chicken tenders were dry what chicken there was was dry they were mostly crunch which wasn't bad but you buy chicken tenders for the chicken. And the dark meat original chicken that I got was old. At the time of day when food should have been in quick rotation, my fried chicken was awful. The biscuits had not risen properly before they were baked. All in all, spent $25 for two sides of macaroni and cheese since that was all that was edible.

Ordered 3pc tenders, nothing but breading. Absolutely shameful. A boneless wing (?) thrown in to try to make up for space. Absolutely disgusting place.

If I could leave a zero I would. The drive through service was terrible. They had us pull forward to wait for our food. I paid over $12 for the 1/4 lb of shrimp. When I opened the box there definitely wasn't a 1/4 lb AND there was nothing but over friend crumbs with absolutely no shrimp meat. I might of had maybe 5 actual shrimp in the meal. They were also not hot, so I'm not sure what we waited extra for. And my husband's sandwich had pickles on it, which we asked for no pickles, and the sandwich was smashed to crap, and also not up to temp.

Very nasty dining area. I placed an order to be picked up at 7:30 pm. I needed to pick up the order sooner. I went into the popeyes on Veterans parkway in Jeffersonville where i placed the order online. When I approached the cashier about my situation. She said she would have to ask her manager. She came back and said no I couldn't pick up until 7:30. Then here came the manager. Very unprofessional. I pulled up my order on my phone. She said Im sorry I can't make exceptions and give you your order. I'm a reg customer. Well I won't be doing business at this location ever again. RUDE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL

I liked the food but almost all my online order experiences are terrible. Nearly every time I order from their website, the food is wrong, and it takes so long that it's cold by the time it gets to me.
I understand the delivery isn't the store's responsibility, but when I order from their website and my food is wrong, cold, AND late, I expected a refund from them since my money went through them, and because I in no way got what I payed for. But instead of refunding me, the chat bot sent me to what I assume was another chat bot pretending to be a representative emailing me, who offered me less than half my order's value in REWARDS POINTS.
I told it I didn't want rewards points and that that was an extremely annoying to even be offered that when absolutely none of my order was what I asked for, so it transferred me to a THIRD bot who offered me double the rewards points the first one offered, and when I insisted YET AGAIN that I didn't want rewards points, and just wanted my money back, it told me they absolutely 100% couldn't give me my $24 dollars back dispite my order being entirely not what I asked for, and that was the end of it. Now I'm out $24 dollars and all I have to show for it is an order I didn't ask for that arrived late and cold.
The company's support team (the same chat bot repeatedly but pretending to have a different name each time) is awful, and you cannot rely on them to correct their commonly messed up orders.
I've thought about leaving a review a few times before since the wrong and cold orders are common for me, but haven't since before now they would actually refund me, but recently they've just been messing up my orders and keeping my money.
