Ordered a burrito with rice, brisket, lettuce ,sour cream and cheese at the drive thru. Gave me a burrito that was $14.00 and 90% rice and about 2 tbsp of brisket. This was my second visit, won’t be going back.

My kids wanted Qdoba for dinner so I came to this location since it has a drive through and I didn't want to get kids out in the rain. Ordered both meals at the speaker there is no screen to review your order nor do they repeat it to you. Get home and both meals are wrong. One was FULL of beans I never asked for beans on either order nor did they ask me about beans. The second order was missing the rice in the bowl. One meal was inedible since my kids don't like beans and it was impossible to pull them all out. Lesson learned don't use the drive through. Won't be going out of my way to come to this location again.

Overall food is okay. They don't have a freestyle soda machine, so you can't choose whatever you want to drink, unlike other Qdoba's in the area, and their chips are ALWAYS ALWAYS STALE. I stopped ordering them because they are so stale. When you bite into them it's what I imagine to be biting into a big old tire. you try to chew, but the chip will break your teeth before it breaks down into something digetsible. This Qdoba location wins the "old tire" food award.

As anticipated, the dish contains only 5% steak and 90% beans in total. It seems unwise to spend more for a smaller portion.

I just went here and ordered a Jabranero and lime steak rice bowl. I got the white rice with it along with some other toppings... everything else is the bowl was good but the rice was not. The first bite I took I almost broke a tooth, the rice was hard as a rock, I kept trying to eat it avoiding most of the rice but there was just so mich of it I couldn't even eat the meat out of it without getting a random grain. By the time I gave up my teeth and jaw hurt and I was mad.

I got the Chicken Queso Bowl, less rice and extra veggies. I only had 2 pieces of chicken in the whole bowl! We prefer the Clarksville location, even though we are closer to Jeffersonville. My husband got his regular Chicken Burrito. I don't think we will go back to the Jeffersonville location.

When I went to order I ask for some chicken in the bowl but the employee added a few pieces of chicken when I asked if I could get some more they rolled their eyes and added a few more pieces and ask if that was all with an attitude and proceeded to charge me extra for the normal potion sized meal. I don’t know why they were acting this way to me as a costumer, the Culver’s next door has better costumer service will be eating there from now on.

My mobile pick-up order was not in the mobile pickup area. I waited after the employee working the cash register served 2 people and started to make the order of a 3rd until I was able to get another employee to get my order.

My favorite Qudoba location by far. The employees are always so friendly and the food is fresh and fast. They work to keep the restaurant clean and I always feel very welcomed here. The team here does a phenomenal job!

Manger on the date Wed Aug 28th provided the BEST customer service & experience. I always take not of when this type of experience happens as I am a business owner myself & it is appreciated and feel it deserves recognition. He was truly the best working with my mom and I ( I have food allergies). Hands down an awesome manager! I know my parents eat here a lot and always speak highly of him! 10/10.
