Rice was undercooked. I asked for double chicken and it definitely wasn’t double and there was no queso on my bowl. It’s was really dry and bland without the queso.

My mom and I can for a late lunch, both of us ordering 3-cheese nachos. There were only 2 others already dining and no one in line. I saw 3 employees, 2 which were busy with drive-thru orders. Mr Personalty who wasn’t busy never greeted us and it took a few minutes to even be acknowledged. He took my mom’s order first and rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed every time she asked for something (salsa, etc). He kept insisting to ring her order up separately even though multiple times we said the orders were together. It was the same way when he made my order. Very rude and lacking customer service.
Next time I’m wanting nachos or a quesadilla, I’ll just pay extra for queso and go to the Chipotle next door.

Ordered a queso burrito bowl and got a burrito instead. They remade my order for the bowl. 30 minutes after eating it I started getting stomach cramps and had diarrhea several times with cold chills. Lasted for about 3 hours. Will not be back!

First time there and last time there!! Ordered one chicken and one ground beef burrito and paid for extra meat on both and while the burritos tasted fine they were pretty much all rice and vegetables, very little meat in either one, and also ordered chips and salsa and chips and queso and chips were so oversalted they weren't even edible and had to be thrown away!!!! Guess we'll be sticking with chipotle!!!

The drive Thur attendant was very rude. When I got home I noticed that me order was not correct. I order extra meat in my bowl but when I went to eat it I noticed it only had a few pieces of small cuts of steak.

I’m not sure “light” is acknowledged, I get full portion of black beans every time and try to make it known to make it LIGHT and still get the same amount. Orders will sit there, I understand they get busy but I could be the only person in drive, nobody in lobby and my order will sit there for a min.
