i ordered 2 double Rally burgers with cheese and paid $7.49. what I got was 2 plain burgers. i had to ask for my receipt after I got my food and stuck it in my pocket not looking at it first. they gave me the wrong part of the receipt that doesn't tell my order, just that I paid. crappy employees

A computer took my order.. Didn't care for that. As im ordering I needed a special request it cut me off and made me wait for a person. All that could be avoided by letting the humans do their job. The girl who finished my order was a really nice kid. They should leave her job to her..

Food was cold and it took 35 minutes to get my food and it had no napkins and the frys were soggy and also cold and the service was terrible. Will not ever eat anything from the Rally's in Jeffersonville Indiana on 10th street. Bad Bad Bad. The place should be shut down.

Went through the drive thru and was told, online orders only, per the GM Request. Order it via Uber eats, pay for priority, and got a drink with no ice left, soft soggy cold fries, soft cold burger... What a joke..

This is the worst rallys in this state ,this is the second time I have gotten cold old food do not and I repeat do not go to this place let it close like the kfc and Popeyes did ,so incase your still wondering STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE DUMP
