The food is AMAZING. My husband and I both had the taco salad. He had brisket, and I had shredded chicken. We shared a chicken empanada appetizer... delicious! I had a frozen mango margarita. Their margaritas will sneak up on you! My husband asked Tina if they served lemonade. She said no, but added that she could make him some. She brought him out a pitcher of fresh lemonade and a tall glass of ice! The service is as good as the food! It's worth the drive from Louisville, truly.

Ive been here 2 days in Jeffersonville. I ate at 3 different restaurants and they were all horrible. Reluctantly i came to Ramiros tonight expecting the same. But was blown away by the quality of my meal. I ordered the $3 taco Tuesday grilled chicken. Was so good! Chicken was tender. The portion of the taco alone was more than enough. Wish i took pics before i devoured it. I also got the nachos with brisket. Was incredible! They were very attentive to what i wanted on the nachos and what i wanted on the side. The setup was very Chipotle esque where you just run down the line to pick what you want. The girl who was working the line was so sweet. I tried my best to speak Espanol with her. I didnt catch her name but I hope Ramiros keeps her as a blessed employee. Im blessed to have been served by her.

Great service.If you have a little patience to have a delicious meal. On my visit I ordered two shrimp tacos 🌮 🌮 and they came out amazing and everything was extremely fresh.I highly recommend this place to any Mexican food lover

This in regards to the food truck, annoyed that they advertised that they had impossible beef as option on their menu and then come to find out they didnt run out, they just didn't have it all.

The location is great, the inside vibe is very good.
I had lunch with a friend. I wanted the lunch special tacos, but my error did not see the sign which limited what type of meat I could chose. That’s OK. But the tacos were SO WET impossible to pick up. And these were one layer flour, I’m more accustomed to two corn tortilla tacos.
I might go back, not sure. Best wishes to them anyway.
