I usually order some tea. But here recently I have been given no sleeve or another cup (which they were doing a while ago until recently). Today the cup was extremely hot that I had to keep switching hands. Not a good experience. I get saving money but the manager should cut costs somewhere else if you can’t hand sleeves or extra cups. Or just don’t make it burning hot.
I frequent Starbucks almost daily. I usually go to the one on Veterans Parkway or State Street. Every so often I see myself in unfortunate situations where this is the most convenient Starbucks to go to and every single time it’s a headache. My most recent visit I ordered a iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso add cinnamon dolce. Starbucks is an aesthetically pleasing outlet with a calm atmosphere and great coffee aroma. The staff provides fast and polite service, maintaining a clean environment. They are so friendly and patient, always smiling and happy to help. Every worker is pleasant, even during hectic times, and some go out of their way to make sure customers are satisfied. The store often offers samples of new menu items and takes time to talk about them. While the food and service are commendable, the presence of many individuals around the store can be off-putting. Parking is not a problem, with few customers arriving by car. Some prefer their coffee less darkly roasted, but others love the location and make long drives just to visit.
