Stop here multiple times per week and am finally mad enough to leave a review. More than half the times I order from this location my drinks taste like burnt coffee. I generally order the White Chocolate Mocha and its like a different recipe is used each time. Some times its super sweet, some times its burnt and some times it just taste like plain coffee. I am very disappointed in the quality of this location.

While I was working I overheard a new trainee was working. When I was watching how she was trained it honestly broke my heart. The whole team left her to do a bunch of orders on her own to do whatever I couldn't even really see them doing anything. When I saw she was struggling her trainer was on the phone and giving what seemed like sassy additude. I dont know what the manager is doing to help her but it didn't seem like much. The way employers act and treat eachother even affects the customers. It's sad to watch the starbucks I love and know reflect this behavior. Please do something about this.

Hello,

I wanted to share a disappointing experience my wife and I had during our recent visit. The young girl taking our order was noticeably rude and disrespectful to my wife throughout the ordering process. Despite the receipt reflecting the correct order, the drinks we received were incorrect—hot drinks were cold, cold drinks were hot, and sizes were not as requested.

When we politely asked for the order to be corrected, the employee muttered something under her breath, which felt very unprofessional. After finally receiving the correct drinks, she sarcastically said, “Have a day,” while rolling her eyes and flicking her hair back.

We understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy were upsetting. We hope this can be addressed so future customers are treated with more respect.

This location is terribly slow and understaffed. It took 15 minutes to get 2 iced white mochas with cold foam that I mobile ordered a little over 10 minutes prior to me showing up. Then another 5 for 1 sandwich. What little staff they have run around like chickens with their heads cut off while their presumable manager sits in the cafe with a laptop occasionally getting up and going into the back room instead of helping when it’s so desperately needed. I’ll be going to the veterans location from now on. This one is just sad.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Every time I order ahead it’s 20 minutes behind when it should be ready and they ALWAYS forget to cook the food. Ridiculous.

Terrible, terrible management. Was informed by an employee this morning that the reason they have closed early for a week is because the manager refuses to hire anybody. Frankly embarrassing. Not to mention, due to the short staffing, each trip I take to this location is slower and slower. Anybody who is involved in the management of this place should be ashamed. I’ll keep taking my business to Coffee Crossing.

I’m a regular and I’ve notice there’s not many employees and half of the current ones seem stressed compared to other locations. I’ve tried applying and my application was denied but like, I know that this isn’t a full staff, it used to be so packed with employees. It looks stressful for them and stressful for us customers because the line isn’t taken care of in time.

Mixed feeling about this location. One time service was soooo slowwww it was beyond frustrating. It wasn’t that they were busy. Just slow. The drink was running down the outside of my cup. Just sloppy. No care. But other times it’s been ok. I only go when it’s my only option.
