Mixed feeling about this location. One time service was soooo slowwww it was beyond frustrating. It wasn’t that they were busy. Just slow. The drink was running down the outside of my cup. Just sloppy. No care. But other times it’s been ok. I only go when it’s my only option.

In definitely wasn’t impressed. The squad on 11/2/24 around mid afternoon was not the A squad. Store was good and clean. I ordered about 10 min before I got there and they hadn’t even looked at the ticket. And it was definitely a ghost town. No recent rush. No crowd. Disappointing. Isn’t the point of the app to not sit there waiting?

I debated leaving a review but after today’s experience decided it make help someone else make an informed decision on where to spend their money on coffee. I’ve been a daily customer at this establishment for two years now. Service was amazing, coffee was great, prices were consistent (I drink the same thing every day) until about 2-3 months ago. The entire staff has changed. My coffee taste like crap and the wait time is ridiculous. The prices at this store are higher than other Starbucks throughout the state. I asked why and was told it was due to the “Halloween pumpkin spice” rollout, I drank a grande iced Americano- this does not have anything pumpkin spice related.

I’ve found a new coffee shop, cheaper prices, and the same friendly folks. Starbucks should treat their employees better.

The worst service waited 45 min for our drinks my husband got his cafe ,and I never got mine and I went up and told a guy they said that they were working one by one but people that order after us got there stuff !!!! Of course he gave my drink to someone in the driver thru I saw him!!! And that why he didn’t have a ticket for my cafe !!!! And after he realized he made my cafe with no caramel😡

Coffee is great, when you can get it. The stor is always out of items, app ordering is never up and today they randomly closed at 4pm

The The grande Apple chai I got was delicious, but my burrito had a sell-by sticker on it, like directly on it. I feel like that's a food safety issue. I'm giving one star for food :(
