This Starbucks was closed for no reason today. At least twice a week this Starbucks or the other Jeffersonville location (even Clarksville, Indiana) are either closed for no reason, drive thru only, or closed early without warning. Not sure why corporate has no stepped in. The southern Indiana Starbucks locations are some of the worst I’ve been to. It’s so frustrating.

For some reason, I can never get my app to do in store pick-up for this Starbucks. I know it's available because others do it. I've been stuck having to order through the app in the drive-thru where you can sometimes have up to a 30-minute wait, which is impossible in the mornings. Going inside and ordering can take just as long. All in all I cannot waste my time here in the mornings if I'm in a hurry. Even getting up earlier is a gamble.

Great central spot to grab coffee, but there aren't any higher up tables. Could you guys offer a couple higher height tables for those of us who work remotely and like to stand occasionally to work on our computers? I would come way more often if so.
