Love this Starbucks (Jeff on 10th)!! I always order a matcha tea no classic and super light ice (bougie I know) & a couple of the girls know my order by heart.. Kelsey & one other that I’m ashamed to say I’ve never caught her name. They are the sweetest & always super fast! Thank you all for starting my days off right!

Today I wanted to try something new but didn't know what. I have to give a rockstar review to this location, because when I mentioned trying the new oat milk gingerbread chai drink, there were TWO baristas letting me know what they had thought of this drink, and how much I would love it. They were very kind and made me feel so welcome with my questions. Customer service, in case anyone has forgotten is hard to do. So when you get a rockstar service, be sure and leave a rockstar review.

I got a Vinti Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino & asked them to put very, very light whip cream. When they were handed to me, they had almost more than half of what they usually put on them. When I said something to the guy at the window, he immediately went & made them the way I wanted.It's also a Thursday, which I'd buy one get one free. I was charged for both of them & had to go in & make it right as well.
Never go IN the Starbucks, their dine in service is confusing, chaotic, and takes forever. They have wonderful drive thru service though, I've never had issues there.

The staff we was amazing. Came in super early with our two young children, before heading out on another 5 hour drive back home. Needless to say we were exhausted and it was going to be a long day. An hour or so later we see that they had written a sweet note hidden inside our bag. Just a simple but incredibly kind and genuine gesture. Thank you so much!
