Had to be one of the WORST experiences I’ve had with a drive thru. Deepak is inconsiderate, rude and incompetent. He refused to take my order twice while stating he was only taking online orders. The first time, he told me to pull around so I did and listened to TWO cars in front of me place orders. When I approached the speaker, he refused to take my order, again stating he was only accepting orders. When I pointed out that two others ordered, he claimed they didn’t. Which is a lie because I listened to them order. I spent almost an hour for him to tell me he won’t take my order. Do NOT go to this location.

Just got off work, went to the subway because its 24/7, went through the driveway, all the lights were still on. No answer, pulled in the parking lot, doors are locked. The guy there just shook his head at me and pointed at the food table showing it was all cleaned out and he was cleaning it the rest of the way. I drove here to get food after a long day just for it to be not open, why have the sign saying 24 hours when they arent open, at least turn off the outer lights.

Do not go to this subway under any circumstance. The GM is named Linda and she is awful! I have tried getting in touch with them over a month now because they voided my order and never gave me my money back. I called a couple days later and was thinking it may just take some time. I have emailed customer service and talked the ai chat which does nothing. I called again today and told them it’s been a month and it’s getting ridiculous and Linda was so rude telling me she can’t do anything now considering it’s been a month!!! Are you serious? She had no solutions and pretty much told me I was SOL. Never go here!

Advertised open 24 hours for a drive-thru. Five words were spoken in an entire 15 minutes of me waiting to order food. Pulled around there is no one in the kitchen. There's no one in the dining room. What exactly are you paying employees for?
