I live in Louisville but I am Jeffersonville often because my mother lives here. And this Subway is the absolute Best location between Indiana and Louisville. It’s always clean, food is always fresh and very single young person that works in there has excellent customer service and is genuinely kind.

They aren’t open the hours they say they are. Been here twice at 8:45pm and the doors are locked, and they don’t close till 9:30.

Painfully boring menu. At first glance, it seems to include a decent variety. Try a few options and it could all be put in a blender and extruded as a homogenous paste, then baked into a turkey-based sub shape. With teriyaki. With marinara. With whatever attempted sauce to enhance flavor. Even the veggies have a monotonous flavor. Order whatever you like. It will all taste the same. No real sub ingredients like capicolla (not turkey based), mortadella (not turkey based), real cheese, or heaven forbid, hot or mild giardiniera. Booooooring.

Everyone was polite and respectful to me and the people I take care of when they come in with me, they're inclusive in trying to hear and understand what they are saying but look to me to make sure they understood them and didn't mix up their order. Definitely like going there

It’s been years since I last had Subway because of a bad experience from different location, but I decided to give this location a shot—and I’m so glad I did. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference right away. The food was fresh, the sandwich was made just the way I liked it, and everything tasted great. It felt good to actually enjoy Subway again because I’ve always liked it—just needed the right service and quality to bring me back. Definitely a 5-star experience this time around!

You don't want our money? Been going to this location for over 2 years and we eat there pretty often. Yesterday we had an official, active coupon declined for the first time. We walked out and went to another location and unless the policy (apparently this store only) changes, we won't be returning. It's not the staffs fault. They have always been good to us so I'm putting two stars instead of one. Keep the staff, dump the management

I wish I could leave zero stars. The experience we had at the store was terrible. We pulled into the parking lot around 8:20 PM when normally their store closes at 9:30. When pulling into the parking lot immediately, one of their employees walked up to the front entrance and locked it. We were unsure what happened so we called the store and were sent to voicemail after witnessing the two employees that were working watch the phone ring to voicemail. We then came in contact with another couple that was trying to do the same thing and order a sandwich, but when they walked to the door, the door was locked. We finally got on the phone with one of the employees who told us that the manager had let them know to close at 8:30 due to weather. When we arrived at the store, it was not 830 or even a minute close to it. Overall disappointed at the immaturity subways employees portray. You lost out on at least 4 sandwich orders because your employees are lazy and can’t handle the last 10 minutes of their shift.

I just picked up my carry out order - made by 999997 at 4:28:07pm on 1/26/2025. I ordered a Philly steak and cheese and there was barely any steak on it. This is the 2nd time this has happened. There are plenty of carry out places, time to find another option.

I had came into this subway with mid to no expectations based off off past experiences with other subways but this employee made my day with his tremendous services at the subway in meijer drive. I don’t know his name but he was a white guy who had tattoos and a white Sox hat, and me being extremely loaded off of some fresh exotic I needed a great sandwich, and he did just that the way he crafted this masterpiece with a smile on his face I knew this was going to be the one . He went above and beyond to make this sandwich with love and care and I respect and love him for that . The exotic was winning but he helped me get back in the fight and thank you for that man really . ?
