This is the Watson IN. location, across from Coffee Crossing that we visited on Sunday Morning 10/20/2024. We had three sandwiches to order at the drive thru. I told the kid at the drive thru what we wanted. I went slow, but he kept asking over and over and over again what sandwiches we want, and what toppings. When I got to the third sandwich he got so angry and basically shouted, "how many sandwiches are you gonna have in the drive thru?" To which I replied "three, this is the last one."
Even on the last one he kept having to repeat back to us what we ordered. It took us 12 minutes total to get across the sandwiches we wanted and what we wanted. It wasn't anything special. we had meat, cheese, and basically two veggies on each sandwich.
Then, when we got home, there were missing items on our sandwiches. This kid was definitely mentally impaired--be it drugs, alcohol, or just mentally handicapped. Everyone needs a job, but this guy shouldn't be taking orders or making sandwiches. I have no idea why they let this guy work drive thru. He might be able to open a door for folks, or greet them, but that'd be about it.

The drive-thru sucks. It takes 20 minutes every time. It makes no sense. It's just a sandwich. I should have to wait for the people who walked in after I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 5 minutes. It's shameful and unacceptable. Hire people that can make a sandwich

I usually place my order on the app & pick up on store because I always think it's going to be more convenient, and it is when everything goes correctly. The last several times I've gone, they've messed up my order. I thought it might be easy to overlook my selection for extra options like double meat, so I started adding it to the notes section. Still messed up my last order. Disappointing cause this is the closest subway to me & I don't feel like having to correct them or waiting in line, especially when I'm trying to quickly get in & out during my 30 minute lunch. Other than that, though, the staff is nice & place is clean. Usually, it's not too crowded when I go.

I had a guy tell me there was 3 dollars on my brand new gift card and then he took it from me and "threw it away" for me. I then told one of my friends about this and he said he had the same thing happen to him with the same guy so know I know he is stealing the customers money. I am very upset about this I hope this helps others.
The sandwich ( Italian BMT) was so fresh and so good!! The girl did an excellent job. She was very friendly and attentive , making sure I was satisfied with the order! 5 starts!!

I ordered a foot long tuna sandwich. It took the amount out of my gift card when I went into. Pick it up at the store. They said they hadn't received it and there was nothing. They could do so customer service that that store sucks
