I visit frequently; it is close to my job and home. The food is good and the service is better. There are usually no customers dining in. The space is open but small, and there is not much to do around this location.Vegetarian options: Great selection being a build it yourself shop. You can make anything you enjoy with tons of veg. I was having problems with getting the sandwiches for the price that it should have been for the buy one get one free. There was a very nice young man who tried helping me out with my problem. Even though I couldn't get the sandwiches for the buy one get one free deal that I had seen, he went over and beyond to try different things to help me. Even though I didn't get my BOGO sandwiches this guy was awesome. I live kinda far from this subway but I definitely don't mind the extra miles for the awesome service and great food.

The young Manager was there by his self early in the morning I go to several subways across Louisville and Indiana and by far this was the best experience. He was so nice took his time with my order I was a district GM for Popeyes for over 18 years, and I would’ve loved to have this employee as one of mine, he was just great very positive a smile on his face the whole time while working by his self just very positive energy great job definitely a keeper

We went there yesterday at 1:49 PM. The young lady working there said they were closing in 30 minutes. My husband told her that the sign on the door said they were open til 3 PM. She said if you order and stay to eat, that we would be locked in. I didn’t like her attitude or her tone of voice, so I told my husband that we needed to leave. We went to the Subway by Meijer store instead. They were very nice and friendly and stayed open til 4 PM. We will no longer visit the Subway at River Ridge. I will tell all my friends too.
